A renovated two-room apartment (45m2) in Pieteettilä, with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto and a new part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The apartment is a terrace house without an elevator in Päölä, which was completed in 1939. It is about 13 km to the center of Kotka and about 3 km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated to its most original state and is furnished according to the circular economy principle, mainly with furniture designed by Aalto.

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Merimaa is a spacious seaside stay in Loviisa, offering room for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and light-filled common areas. Large windows frame views of the sea and forest, while a sauna, fireplace, and sheltered patio create space for gathering year-round. This special home is located in the center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the main port. Just a stone's throw away, the Harbor Arena, Vellamo, and the new Xamk campus. The market and shopping center Pasaat are about 400m away. Conveniently reached by car and train, and with your own entrance and keypad, you'll be able to check-in flexibly on your own schedule. However, please note that on weekdays, check-in is normally from 5 PM.

Guest House-Marjala is located in Koivula, Kotka. The beach of Kaliainen Kymijoki is less than 1 km away. Guests have private use of the yard house and terrace.
