We have stayed at Gayle and David's properties multiple times. They are exceptional hosts, very responsive. The home is extremely comfortable and well stocked with anything needed. Everything is in working order and the property is always clean and safe. We will always stay at their properties when in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for six to eat and relax. the living room comfortably sat six adults. We stayed to fish Lake Erie. Was within 12 minutes of the marina. Very convenient to our destination and local stores and food.

Gary’s 4 generation home was so inviting. There’s a huge L- shaped front porch with swing and lots of extra seating and tables to enjoy your meals or a place to read and play games. He has the kitchen well stocked with wonderful kitchen supplies for making meals. The beds were super comfy and the linens were very nice. His devotion to detail could be seen throughout each room. His place has a lot of room to relax, read or move about freely. It is close to the lake front and shops. Loved our stay so much!

Great place - kitchen/bathrooms were very nice. Bedrooms are spaced out so it doesn’t feel cramped for 8 people. Kitchen was stocked well with all utensils needed. The game closet was great for our nephew. Would definitely book again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay! House was as pictured. Views from the house were amazing. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach. We also had a great time on the golf carts and rates were very affordable. Local stores, bars, restaurants are a short golf cart ride away. Owner had great communication and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay again!

In addition to being Five stars all around, Joan was responsive, hospitable, and helpful throughout our stay. She maintains the place impeccably and we felt right at home. We especially liked the back patio, and proximity to many nearby lakefronts.

Had a great long weekend at Michael's place. A planned fishing trip quickly turned into a nice relaxing weekend due to all the to common, unpredictable weather on Lake Erie in early May. Michael was extremely accommodating, understanding and helpful with the unpredictable change in our departure plans. Outstanding service! We will definitely book with him again..

We love our stay at the Golden Home! Exceeded our expectations in many ways. Having never been to Lakeside before we didn’t know what to expect, but I can’t imagine it getting much better than this rental. Good amount of space, ample places to sleep, convenient to everything in the community. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

This cottage is a great reminder of a true lake house of old. It has character flowing out of every wall. The cottage is clean and very functional in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood.

Lakeside continues to be an amazing community for families. This home is extremely close to the Lake shore. It has a large front porch for relaxing and a small side and back yard for pets. Overall a good experience at an older cottage in Lakeside. We had a couple small challenges and the host quickly resolved them. We appreciate the swift support to enable my family to have a great vacation.

This condo was an end unit with a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake. Some of us walked from the ferry to the condo. Golf cart rentals are available right there on the property. Ian was proactive with information before and during our stay. I would stay here again. Thank you.

This is my second year staying at Michael’s home in Oak Harbor. It is a beautiful house with Great Lake-side views. My dog can run on the beach while I drink coffee in the beautiful sun room. The sunrise over the lake is absolutely gorgeous every morning. They have fishing rods, beach toys, camping chairs, and a fire pit available for use.

Had a great weekend! Place was nice, clean and spacious. We would stay there again!

Margaret was fantastic. Warm, accommodating as far as our arrival. She had asked if we were celebrating an event and a huge fruit tray in the fridge welcomed us with a note “happy anniversary!” She was quick to respond when we had a tv question and gave ample recommendations and directions to nearby grocery and eateries. The property was perfectly located for us, and the interior was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’ll definitely stay again if Margaret’s place is available.

We initially had problems with the door code, but Cheryl immediately solved the issue. We didn't ask for a refund but Cheryl went the extra mile and refunded one night's stay. Cheryl gave us a Cafe recommendation and made sure we had a peaceful, enjoyable stay. We had a small issue with our dog breaking a lamp while we were there and Cheryl was very understanding. We agreed upon a price for the lamp and the matter was resolved with no fuss. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a host.

Took my 2 sons on a fishing trip for the weekend. We brought the boat. It’s nice to have a dock right across from us. House is small but it was just what we needed! Thanks Richard, for all the advice on where to fish!!!

This was on my bucket list, and it was absolutely wonderful. there is a crossfit gym downstairs, and the people are very warm and friendly.

Rebecca was a lovely host to work with she went above and beyond meeting everyone's expectations and being very accommodating. so looking forward to going back again if the occasion should arise I would gladly recommend her place.

The house was perfect for our 2 night stay. We were there for a birding trip and saw so much just from the porch! The house was clean and comfortable. It has a nice private feeling to it but is only a few minutes drive from whatever you may need. Elise and Seth are very responsive and did everything they could to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!
