Cozy house in the first row to a beautiful beach.

Unique cottage located in the first row to a lovely sandy beach and child-friendly bathing water. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with three mattresses. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling to the scenic Enebærodde. A gem for nature lovers all year round. You can shop at the nearby campsite or in Otterup. There is a heater and a wood-burning stove. The tenant provides firewood. Pets are not allowed in the house! Electricity is charged upon departure - 7 kr (1 euro)/kWh.

Forest, beach and good hills

A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. - beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep.
