Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem Gastgeber. Alles war sauber und schön, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet war man braucht. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war jeden Morgen ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Lage ist super, mit dem Auto braucht man 5 min an den Strand und zu Fuß kann man die ganze Straße ablaufen, an jeder Ecke gibt es tolle Restaurant, Cafés und vieles mehr. Onsel ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und lieber Gastgeber. Er war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns auch tolle Local Tips mitgegeben. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

İkinci konaklamama ve yine çok memnun kaldım. Bir evde arayabileceğiniz tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Tekrar geleceğim zaman tercih edeceğim kesinlikle. Huzurlu ve rahat konaklamak isteyen herkese tavsiyemdir

Ev resimde gösterildiği gibiydi. Sitenin imkanları güzeldi. İrina hanım her türlü sorunda ve ihtiyaçta çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ve ev sahibine teşekkürler. Ailecek çok güzel tatil yaptık.

Temizligi ve olanakları ile otel konforunda evde kaldık diyebiliriz. Hem konumu hem ev olanaklari ile bizim tekrar tercih etmek isteyecegimiz bir deneyim. Mustafa Beye teşekkür ederiz. Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых в вашей уютной квартире. Мне понравилось всё...Великолепный вид на море с балкона, 5 минут ходьбы к морю, рядом супермаркет. Огромное спасибо Сергею за помощь, всегда можно было посоветоватся и услышать подсказку, куда пойти, что посмотреть, где вкусно поесть. Очень приятный собеседник. Квартира очень уютная, хорошо и со вкусом мебелирована, всё нужное можно было найти в шкафах. 17 дней отпуска пролетели быстро, Сергей, периодически спрашивал, всё ли у меня в порядке, подсказывал, рассказывал.Большое Спасибо за заботу и понимание. Всем моим знакомым советую посетить Yeni Iskele и отдохнуть в уютной квартирке с видом на море.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect for what I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

Wir haben uns in Sophia's Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wie auf den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der tolle Außenbereich. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wir konnten viel von Zypern sehen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe sowie einen Supermarkt, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sophia ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft sehr schnell bei allen Anliegen und Anfragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und grüßen Sophia herzlich Tobias und Nicole

Natalia und ihr Mann waren nette Gastgeber. Natalias Mann hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht und ebenso bei Abreise. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und die Lage ist super. Die Strände Nissi Beach und Landa Beach sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch die Bushaltestellen, die nach Ayia Napa City und Larnaca fahren. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment war in Ordnung. Ein zweites Set Bettwäsche und Handtücher wäre toll gewesen. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, können wir zur Ausstattung der Küche nicht sagen. An einigen Stellen weißt die Küche stäerke Abnutzungsspuren vor, was schade ist, dass die Gäste nicht pfleglich damit umgehen. Besonders nett war, dass wir länger als bis zur regulären Check Out Zeit im Apartment bleiben durften. So konnten wir unseren Abreisetag noch voll nutzen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Natalia und Panayotas

замечательная квартира,полностью соответствует фотографиям! есть всё для комфортного проживания, средства личной гигиены,множество полотенец, оборудованная кухня! удобная большая кровать! чистота! всё в пешей доступности,маркет и ресторан в двух минутах ходьбы! нам всё очень понравилось! огромное спасибо хозяевам за внимание!!! 😁

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.
