Small studio created in nine at the end of my house. Everything is new, the bed is very comfortable. The entrance is independent, and there's room to park his car right next door. Quietly located, with a beautiful view of the Charollais countryside. The kitchen and bed are in the same room, the bathroom and toilet are separate, with a separate door. A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

Single-story home, Located in Les Gautherets in the municipality of Saint Vallier between Montceau-les-Mines and Paray-le-Monial on the edge of RCEA. Close to the TGV, A6 Park as well as very large factories such as Michelin, Framatome, Industeel, Erion etc. Possibility to park your vehicle and/or heavy goods vehicle. Single-storey studio with greenery 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom Pets allowed.

A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
