Unmissable for the calm, and the beauty of the site! Meryem and Jawad welcome you with great generosity. They will meet all your needs and find a solution if you have a problem. Meryem prepares you authentic and family food, very good and Jawad is Tamnougalt's best guide! It will make you discover with great passion and knowledge the ksar, the wonderful casbah restored by the association as well as the palm grove and the Draa Valley. Jawad can also organize a desert camp for you. We highly recommend going there if you like sightseeing without a hustle and bustle and if you are looking for authenticity. We will be happy to visit Meryem, Jawad and their two adorable children!

Thank you for having us. We enjoyed stay in desert. Ibrahim and Ahmad were very nice and friendly. We arrived quite late but they warmly welcomed. We had tea and bread together in dark night, which was so special experience. I recommend to stay in a desert for those who want to escape from material world and seek beautiful nature. There is nothing other than sand but it’s very good place to feel connected to the universe under the star. Thanks again for sharing your culture. Wish you the best. شكرًا لك

Great stay in a somewhat hidden oasis south of Ouarzazate (Fint), Very responsive and very friendly host, full of good advice, the place is beautiful and there is just what it takes to feel good. I recommend it!

Ahmed and his family are super nice and kind! They welcome us to their home with open hends and a warm heart. Super grateful for this! We got to know so much about the culture and the surrounding thanks to Ahmed and his brother. The location cannot be better, beautiful view and walking trails starting right from the house. Catherine’s place was very calm and peaceful. She was away but Mohamed was very friendly and attentive. He met us at the beginning of the small road and guided us to the house before welcoming us with tea, of course! All of the food was beautifully prepared by the lovely women who cooked for us, simple but tasty and great service. It was very quiet just the two of us, a relaxing stay for 1 night. Beautiful room with lovely linens and furnishings.

This is a perfect place for a quick stopover between the desert and Marrakech, if you're looking for something away from the tourists. Beautiful terrace with a great view and a lovely staff who accomodated our request to eat up there. Fantastic tagine too!

This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s off the main road and the neighborhood is very quiet. The rooms are nice, the two terraces are lovely..we had dinner on the top terrace under the stars! We were given a walking tour of the area surrounding the kasbah which was informative and interesting. Definitely recommend this listing.

It’s worth it. Too close to everything and the street is very busy, a little noisy, but too interesting if you look out the window to appreciate the crowd. Very spacious apartment and very equipped for a short trip. The hosts team was so helpless and kindled.

We had a nice meeting with Lahcen. He welcomed us as friends. He advised us and supported us taking into account our needs and abilities. Our walk with him in the Valley of the Roses was beautiful and suitable for our children. The discovery of the region was also made with the visit of a baker who bakes his bread on wood-fired river pebbles, as well as a distillery that showcases the water of roses and orange blossoms: top quality. These tours were at our request and not a product placement like in big cities. We will happily return to this magnificent house of land renovated with taste and its sublime view. The other guests present shared the same opinion. Rachid is a great cook!! We think this stage of our trip between Fés and Marrakech was the most beautiful and we regret not staying there longer... We loved our stay at L'Escale de Ouarzazate! The place is perfect for families. We were there with our two young children, and the pool and playground on site was a real plus for them. The hosts, Pascal and Naïma, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You feel immediately at ease upon arrival. The food was great. A real treat at every meal! And the location is ideal, especially for visiting Aït Ben Haddou nearby. A big thank you for this beautiful stopover, we would be happy to come back!

We can't fault our stay there. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the room spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Fatima offered us a warm welcome. The difficulty in finding the accommodation was compensated by the presence of a person who guided us to their guest house. The room was comfortable and spotless, the kitchen was delicious. The hostesses are very smiling and welcoming. Easy contact. Very pleasant interaction with other guests. Fatima gave us a tour of her painting workshop, very flirtatious. The house and its decoration are typical and the view from the terraces to fall to the ground. We would definitely recommend this place that deserves to be visited during a visit in the gorges. Thanks to Fatima and the whole house for this wonderful time spent at your place. We will be back

Traditional architecture with a beautiful view of the ksar from the roof terrace and the windows of the bedrooms. The place is quiet and welcoming, with the option to eat on site. Very good breakfast served in the morning too! Secure private parking in front of the hotel.

Our stay with Mohamed was unquestionably the highlight of our vacation! Mohamed's extreme kindness and hospitality, the wonderful discovery of the site with Moha and the delicious meals we took every day are the gems! We felt so peaceful and so good 😌 I recommend this place that we already miss!terribly! Thanks to Mohamed and his family!

We spent two nights at Myriam and Mohamed's and everything was perfect. Both were very welcoming with us, gave us ideas for places to visit, the food was delicious and the house decorated by the whole family is a little haven of peace!
