amazing, peaceful, beautiful, close to Marakech, hire car a must. Philippe was fantastic throughout, coms second to none. I was there for 13 nights with my two teen boys, amazing pool. The home itself is spacious, clean and traditional in feel. Our stay was made 5 star by Wafa and Hassan. Wafa, at our request, cooked 3 meals a day almost every day, not for free, but worth every single penny! home made traditional food and she is a beautiful person. Hassan and his amazing family were also gracious and willing to help with anything. Hassan even cleaned my hire car! We already miss (got back today 16th August!) them all and the amazing home. The local folk are amazing and helpful. There is a quad bike place within walking distance, this was a fantastic experience. Having cats around was also a bonus, they are not strays, but they did not hang around inside the home. I could go on and on, thanks, Philippe, Hassan and especially Wafa xxx PS we will be back!!!

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This house is a whole. A place to relax with family, friends, a remarkable architectural achievement, a neat decoration, beautiful outdoor spaces and a dream pool. The only flaw: its calm and charm are addictive and make you want to go back as soon as you leave. Thank you to Zou, our host, for allowing us to stay a few days as a family in his house. Communication was easy and his advice was valuable. A special mention for Malika who was a real mom for our group throughout our stay!

We had a great time, as a family at Jean-Gabriel's house. Very beautiful contemporary house in a very quiet and natural setting. Our stay was all the more exceptional thanks to the presence of Isham and Soumya. We enjoyed morning, noon and evening with Soumya's Moroccan cuisine. Isham has always listened to us to organize our daily lives and our different outings. He also organized a birthday party for us, which we will keep a great memory of. Isham and Soumya live in an independent part of the house, but this is absolutely not disturbing as they are discreet. The house is located in the countryside about 40 min from Marrakech. The last part of the road to get there is rather a track but we find that it contributes to the charm of this house. We would highly recommend this house.

A true haven of peace! I would 100% recommend this listing. Although a little far from Marrakech, it was a real corner of paradise, perfect for resting and enjoying the calm. The accommodation was very nice and faithful to the description. The host was very available and very responsive throughout the stay. Atika, the person in charge of meals, was very attentive and her meals are very good and hearty. Ideal for a family or friends experience. A beautiful experience that I will not hesitate to repeat!

She was always available for our questions. If you learn how to manage with the local buses it is an amazing experience the journey. The workers were a charm and we have facilitated a lot of things, and already the food of the cooks..... brutal The incredible pool as they fill it with spring water, the site expectacular and super quiet. I wish we stayed longer there because it was like a paradise, we hope to return soon! Thank you for everything

This is one of the most beautiful villas I’ve ever stayed at!! Truly beautiful and captivating from the get go! Amazing cook and driver, the stars at night time are out of this world! Gregory is a lovely host I definitely recommend this amazing villa. Driver was sorted out for us at all times, we enjoyed the free breakfast and lovely dinner that was available, everything was spot on! Thank you for an amazing stay we will definitely be coming back soon

A superb stay in an idyllic setting. Alexandra was quite responsive in our exchanges. The staff was lovely to us. The place is very spacious and peaceful. Rooms are clean. Hearty dishes. I recommend it.

What a wonderful place to stay. ❤️ This was our best experience of the whole trip we’ve had through Marokko. The beautiful traditional Riat, with an amazing garden, rooftop and super cosy architecture is perfectly matched by the host Khalid’s hospitality. Pro tip: let Khalid (and his wife - master chef 😁) treat you with their organic homemade food. Best diner and breakfast ever. You rock Khalid, May we meet again,
