It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Les instructions sont claires et utiles. J’ai beaucoup aimé la réactivité. La villa est très propre et semblable aux photos. Il y a plusieurs pièces pour accueillir la famille ou pour un weekend entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

L’appartement de Yannick est très sympa pour un weekend à Cotonou entres amis. L’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos. C’est confortable, moderne et hyper bien aménagé. Yannick et Monique étaient très sympas et flexibles. Je recommande !

Très sérieux. La villa est très propre et la personne qui vous accueille (Emile) est très gentil et serviable. Aucune difficulté pour la communication avec notre hôte du moment de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellent mois en famille dans cette maison au Bénin. La maison était impeccable, spacieuse, bien aérée, avec tous les équipements en parfait état. Le joli jardin et la petite piscine pour enfants ont beaucoup plu à mon fils, qui s’y est amusé tous les jours. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, chaleureux et très accommodant. Il a toujours trouvé des solutions rapidement et nous a même permis de rester plus tard le jour du départ sans frais supplémentaires. La maison est idéalement située, à 10 minutes de la plage et proche des principaux centres d’intérêt. Le quartier est charmant, vivant et très accueillant. Nous avons adoré l’immersion dans la vie locale, notamment grâce aux vendeuses de quartier, toujours souriantes et disponibles pour les petits achats du quotidien. Toute la famille a adorée, nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour une expérience authentique et confortable au Bénin. Nous serons heureux d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour ! Merci.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Marel. Le lieu correspond exactement aux photos (voire encore mieux). Le plus de cette location est l’aménagement extérieur. Nous en avons profité à fond. L’hôte et ses interlocuteurs sont réactifs. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

Jeremies place was the best .being my first time in Benin id say i had the best first experience .ill always come back to his place over and over coz its peacefull and feels at home..very understanding and you cannever get stranded..He is a people person always smiling and supporting at anytimr..I also love the support we got from the workers at the place.That was a real home away from home

C'était un séjour paisible et agréable. Aux alentours on est au coeur de la ville mais quand on rentre *à la maison*, on trouve la quiétude et la tranquillité.

Mon séjour chez Oreofe était juste parfait. Le logement se situe au coeur de la ville, cela m’a réellement facilité. Tout était très bien équipé, et je n’ai manqué de rien. De plus, je me suis senti en total sécurité. La terrasse de l’appartement est gigantesque, et nous donne un réel sentiment de liberté. Je le recommanderai avec grand plaisir, et j’y retournerai forcément pour mon prochain séjour! Merci et à très bientôt.

C est vraiment l endroit ideal pour des vacances. Le calme, le chant des oiseaux au réveil, la plage accessible à pied une grande douche avec cabine ce qui n est pas du propre des appartements au benin, une cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin, meme les torchons jetable, de l huile d oline des epices du thé du café.... et j en passe.... vraiment n ous n aurez pas besoin a votre arrivée tardive ou le lendemain d aller faire les magasins comme c est souvent le cas... vraiment top top top. Vraiment j aurais prefere guarder cet apparr a moi tout seul 😀 Ce n est pas le grand luxe vide qui fait la difference. Ces sont les petites attentions, et c est l idee derriere ce portail: Se sentir chez SOI. Bravo Edgard pour toutes ces petites attentions. Je recherche encore jusqu a présent inlassablement ce qui ne m a pas plu chez toi Edgard, mais en vain.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!

I’m very happy about this place , the guy was very respectful and responsive. I’ll be staying there again Next time with my Kids and wife who will be coming in Africa for the first time.
