Enjoy your own peace in a 40-square-meter small home. In the living room 2x120cm sofa beds and in the small room 90cm bunk bed. Pre-made beds and blackout curtains. You can cool or heat the cottage yourself. In the wooden sauna, there is a warm shower and ready firewood. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner, you'll heat up your own meals. There is a ball grill and charcoal in the yard. Easy instructions for the functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = your own belongings and traces gone! No wifi, not the best for allergy sufferers and people with reduced mobility :(

Now there is a dream destination for a lonely fisherman. It is not spoiled by modern conveniences, except that you get electricity for the refrigerator. And the phone charged when needed. Well, maybe in the dark of autumn, we can bring an electric light here... There is an outdoor toilet and drinking water can be fetched from the neighbor. Heat is provided by a wood-burning stove and water for the sauna can be fetched from the lake with a bucket. It is also possible to change that ball grill to a gas one. Addition. A coffee maker and microwave can be arranged.😉

Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

Well-equipped and cozy single-family home in a quiet area.(~2km to the center) A modern kitchen, a children's room with toys, and a 90x200 bed, a downstairs wood-burning sauna add comfort to the home. Two double beds, (one can be separated by two separate 80x200 beds) One spare bed in downstairs dressing room. A sheltered big yard. Nice outdoor/jogging terrain nearby. The ski track departs from the same street. 30 minutes drive to the slopes of Vuokatti/Katinkulta/Sotkamo.
