This apartment is absolutely beautiful and located in the perfect spot. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony is lovely. Everything was spotless, such a clean and awesome place to stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the center, the sea and all services. A small supermarket right in front of the house and two larger ones a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the main products for both cooking and hygiene already available. Susanna is a very kind and helpful host; in her apartment we really felt at home! We hope to be able to return to Oulu soon and stay in this apartment again!

A perfect place for longer stays. Spacious, comfortable (super clean kitchen and bathroom), located in a calm residential part of Oulu not far from concert hall and library. It's a wooden multi-apartment house, with a special atmosphere that comes with it: quiet squeaks of tired wooden beams, a faint smell of timber, everything feeling warm to touch... if you're into the whole dacha/summerhouse vibe (I am), you'll love it. And there's honest double glazing, so has to be warm in winter, too.

Simply equipped apartment. Outside is nice. Parking is a stone's throw away, free parking is a real plus even if the number of spaces is limited. The proximity to the center allows you to do anything by foot. I recommend it.

Excellent location, clean and really quiet apartment! There were no sounds from the street or the stairwell. A wonderful, large glazed balcony. The bed was really good to sleep in and both had two fluffy and luxurious pillows🤩

The house was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Communicating with Ann was easy, she was very friendly and helpful. A Neurosonic diva, a good coffee maker, and a home theater added a little luxury. The beds, towels, and linens were all of good quality. Special plus for comfortable extra mattresses. The only minor minus was the weak sound insulation. The upstairs bedroom was only separated from the kitchen and living room by thick curtains and trim, there were no actual walls and door at all. However, this was a small thing for a great stay. Big thanks to Ann, I highly recommend the place!

Nice and spacious house in a very quiet area. Suitable for multiple families. No unnecessary items, so it is well suited for families with children. However, the lack of curtains and other textiles made the common areas echo so that it was a little awkward with the children's voices. We would have liked more dishes, maybe a wine glass too. We did not use cooking utensils, the microwave, water and coffee maker were enough to feed our crew. All practical matters were handled comfortably and Antti was a considerate host, e.g. there were coloring supplies and games for children and we got a couple of extra beds in advance at no extra charge. Zeppelini was not quite walked in five minutes, even the fastest took 9 minutes. :D Thanks for the accommodation, we may return when our friends in Kempele organize a party again! ;)

This home was just what it was described. A clean, peaceful, and a really cozy place to stay. Messaging is fast and very friendly. It's easy to come to this place a second time...highly recommend to others! 👍👍

Spacious, cozy, well-equipped place by the lake. Another cabin pretty close and not too much of a sight in between. Overall a positive experience!

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. It's nice to continue your journey rested. We'll definitely be back again. Thanks for your kind service!

We had a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and the location was conveniently close to the city center. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. We can definitely recommend this place if you're planning to stay in Oulu.

Close to downtown, quiet area, good facilities

We had a great and comfortable time at this location. Check in super easy. Bed line clean and comfortable. Host amazing! Thank you! Totally recommended!

Spacious and cozy apartment. It was well entertained for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 children and 2 cats. Basic cleaning well done, comfortable beds ready. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Small repairs (sauna door punch) and refinement cleaning (kitchen appliances, oven, under couch cushions) would have a tenth bed. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer.

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.

It was really easy to arrive at the apartment, and the car was parked right next door for free. The apartment is really nice and cozy. Live is much nicer and bigger than the photos give you an idea. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment has views of the river and hiking trails right next to it. We were really happy with the apartment and the arrangements. This can be recommended.

Nice, clean apartment with everything you need for a two-adult getaway. Great location. Pasi's place is friendly. It was our second time at the same place. We'll be back, while we travel to Tahko.

We enjoyed the holiday here with my family of 5 and friends. A great place to stay with a bigger group and just next to the Tahko Mountains. Sauna was great addition after a long day outdoors. Living room & kitchen was nice open space where we spent most of the time together and the bedrooms offered privacy if needed. We can warmly recommend this place!
