This quiet, quality and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou.
