This apartment is on the 2nd floor of our rec hall. One flight of exterior stairs leads to the apartment. It has a parking spot close to these steps assigned to the apartment. It is a one room apartment with a queen bed, fold out futon and sleeps up to 3. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fire place, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside there is a private deck with a propane grill. On site coin operated laundry available.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed.
