the place is set up for kids (adult kids too), plenty for them to do taught my daughter and grandson how to play craps on the crap table i would have liked to have a few more curtains, the windows are high, but still... i was not fond of the bean bag living room (although the kids loved it), i would have like to see a lazy boy (or a couch) to relax in, in front of the TV the theater room was cool, but i was working long days and didn't utilize it much (wife and kids did) wood fire pit - and the gas fire pit were well used for relaxing out back nice neighbors, also

Our niece, more specifically my wife’s niece, scheduled her wedding for the 2024 Green Bay Packer home opener. I watched the prices tic up and then found this gem. Me and my wife 58, my in-laws 80s and our grown boys, 20s, just looking for a place to sleep. Dani was patient with the flux of numbers at an Italian wedding, maybe 7, maybe 9, ended up being the original six of us. An impeccably quiet and private location. If you need a place after a Green Bay visit, book Dani’s place. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very quiet, private, neighborhood. Perfect.

It was perfect for our trip. Joel has excellent communication and adds a wonderful personal touch. Highly Recommend

Excellent experience - well kept, clean, and lots of space - we stayed there two nights to attend the NFL draft in Green Bay -Appleton a great location - just 30 minutes from Lambeau - away from the madness, and access to restaurants, groceries, etc - we recommend Matteo's - a fantastic place for breakfast - bring you appetite!

James was a superb and an impeccable host! Clearly communicated on queries, patient and knowledgeable… Went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and made our graduate-daughter feel special! Thoughtfulness showed in how the home was set up as well. Very cozy, relaxing ambiance with retreats of the front porch and private back yard… provided a welcoming and rejuvenating atmosphere after our hectic activity filled days… the kitchen is well equipped and the provisions were both basic and above and beyond! We loved and enjoyed the basket of fruits and snacks were available if needed as well as bottled water… Comfy sleeping quarters… enjoyed the quaint touch of the entire home! Full of character and yet remained modern in some ways… esp its functionality!!! Would love to come back in time… Kudos and best wishes, thank you for sharing with us your lovely home, James!!! Recommend this place… close to downtown and to LU with convenient parking spaces as well!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed having so many different areas to spend time together—indoors and out. The game room, movie theater, toddler play area, and basketball hoop were big hits with the kids! We’d love to stay again.

Definitely recommend! One of my favorites: convenient parking, cute fenced yard (which my dogs loved), comfy bed, clean, coffee & creamer. Great stay!

Our stay at the Old Schoolhouse was great! The house was clean and well organized and had all the things we needed. The grounds were beautiful and we had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering at nights around the fire pit. Communication from Heather was fast and she thoroughly answered my questions. We had a great time at the Old Schoolhouse and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you, Heather!

Loved everything about the home. Loved collecting eggs from the chickens. Hot tub, fire pit , yard, and inside areas were perfect and comfy. Loved the lay out of the house and the view from the sun room was great. Responsive hosts and great directions in the house manual left in the kitchen.

Wit’s place was amazing. The amenities were incredible. Some of us were working remotely and some just hanging out and there was plenty of space for us all to spend a week and enjoy the space. The staff and the clubhouse were lovely. Our place was very clean and spacious and would definitely return.

The house and grounds were lovely. A perfect place for family to gather and visit. Close to amenities but located in a quiet neighborhood. The yard was large with room for children to play. Tara thoughtfully left a few items such as coffee creamer, chips, paper towels out for our use. We would recommended this house and would stay there again.

We’ve stayed in several houses in this neighborhood and this one is now our go to. We’ve stayed there several times and would happily stay again.

We had a great stay here! Jacci was responsive in preparation for checking in. It was a cozy, pet friendly place. Beautiful tree in the backyard, many little details clearly planned. Despite the duplex setup & having neighbors who also had a dog, we had no issues.

Doris was very responsive. I was always received communication from her asking if I needed anything or reminding me of what to do before we left. The residence was very neat, tidy and clean. The garage wasn't big enough for my Silverado truck, but not a game changer. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants and stores around. One improvement would be to have a TV in the bedrooms, other than that no complaints. Thanks Doris!!!

This home is adorable, well-appointed and immaculate. The large bathroom and shower were perfect for us. The home is very tastefully decorated and the furnishings are in excellent condition. We loved the proximity to downtown, walkable, the university and surrounding attractions. Mark was a gracious, cordial and responsive host. We plan a return visit in August.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home. Conveniently located a few blocks from Lawrence University and downtown Appleton.Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. Everything was sparkling clean and fresh. Almost anything you could need during a stay away from home was provided. LInens were fresh, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was complete with dishes and appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and we even played alittle basketball/four square in the back. We highly recommend these hosts and their wonderful home.

We were in town with a Broadway tour at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and this was the perfect home away from home! It’s so cool that the house is the oldest in the whole town- you’d also never know on the inside, it’s nicely updated and with everything you’d ever need. It’s truly a home, and is well loved and stocked. Both beds are insanely comfy. The shower is a dream. There are two work spaces that have natural light and good vibes. There’s an outdoor space with golden hour light and premium bird watching. Very cute restaurants and bars are a short walk away. There’s a small park right across the street. The neighborhood feels very safe and neighborhood-y. Jodi is a fantastic host, always responsive, super welcoming. A highlight is certainly the Victoria record player. Such fun. Highly recommend if your travels take you to Appleton that you stay at the White House!

Perfect place for a few people to be out of the way but also convienently close to whatever you needed in Appleton. For the value it’s top notch, Mark is also a very responsive host and the boarding pass was pretty easy to use. Would absolutely book again with him sometime and reccomend him to anyone!
