Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Highly recommend Nabil's place to rent. Thanks for an amazing stay over the F1 Canadian race weekend.

We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Stayed during F1 and was an easy commute to downtown with the bus stop 5 minutes walk away. Martine and Albert were very communicative and provided very helpful instructions including the bus schedule and offered great recommendations. The house was clean and as described. Would recommend!

The Apartment (although small) was very nice! It was clean and tidy and looked like in the pictures. It had all the amenities which we were looking for. It was easy to find and get inside. Melanie always responded to our questions very quickly and tried to help when she could. Over all it was a nice stay and we would recommend it to other tourists looking to stay in Montreal a couple of days!

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Dana’s place was perfect for our night before F1. She sent clear instructions and was responsive to my comments. The bed and place was cozy!

Our stay at Sam’s place was great! Communication was super clear, and he responded quickly any time we had a question or concern. He also worked with us to arrange an earlier check-in, which really helped us out on our first day. During the stay, we needed an iron and a blow dryer, and Sam made sure to get both to us promptly. The place was very clean and easy to access when we arrived. The building itself was quiet, and everyone we came across was friendly, so we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location was also great, easy to walk around and find things to do nearby. Overall, we had a smooth, enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend staying here while exploring Montreal!

An incredible apartment in mint condition, right in the middle of a great urban neighborhood. The host was very responsive. I would stay again!

Flat was as advertised, and all the positive reviews turn out to be exactly right. Flat was spacious, well equipped and quiet. The Mile End neighborhood is leafy and lively. Plenty of walkable restaurants and cafes. The Parc Lahaie was especially nice. A++

We loved our Sonder apartment. There was plenty of space; it was attractive and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. As for check-in, timing could be improved. 4:00 is quite late in the day for the official time. While there are first come first served free lockers if you arrive early, our flight arrived at noon, and we were able to schedule early check in, but for a $45 fee. That seems unreasonable-- it's like Uber's surge pricing. Overall, it was a good stay, reasonably priced.

Nice clean and bright apartment and quiet at night. Everything you need is provided and the neighbourhood is fun, vibrant and cosmopolitan.

Great stay! Such a lovely, large and modern apartment. Alexandre was easy to communicate with, very accommodating and quick. The neighborhood is delightful, close to all the great cafes of Little Italy and restaurants of Mile End. The place was very clean, cool, and had everything we needed for our quick weekend.

Great stay with my family of 3! Convenient location and helpful to have a unit with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The unit looks like a fairly new build. Only a bit of noise outside on the Saturday night, to be expected. Carli was very responsive - thanks!

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

Overall, this was a great find in the heart of Montreal. The apartment was clean and spacious, and all instructions were very clear for check-in and check-out. It is a super walkable location with tons of great restaurants and other attractions. Additionally, the metro (yellow line) is very easily accessible. During our stay, there was an emergency situation (major fire in adjacent apartments) which prevented us from being able to enter the apartment and gather belongings, including our passports. While not at all the host's fault, there was a lack of and little communication about "next steps," when dealing with the emergency situation. Upon our contact with Air BnB, they provided emergency accommodations emergency accommodations; however, at no time did the host follow up with us on our safety, or if/when we were able to access the apartment and our belongings the following day. Once again, this did not take away from the fantastic location or the apartment itself.

Good place and I spent a happy time there.

Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

We had a great stay at Lauran's apartment. It was spacious, quiet, and in a great neighbourhood - close to the park and only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We traveled with our little one (1.5 years old) and the apt was well equipped for families. Highly recommended!
