We booked for our Quality Director for a week long business trip, from checking in to checking out it was an absolute pleasure. The apartment is perfect for short or long stays, the hosts are very responsive and make sure the stay is a pleasure. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

This was our third time staying at The Salt Box and we had another great stay! The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is convenient with the beachfront a short walk or drive away. We love the peaceful atmosphere with sliding doors opening the lounge to the private garden / pool area. Dining in is a breeze with everything we needed provided for. The furniture and beds are comfortable and views from upstairs never get old. Ame and Spencer are amazing hosts and are always super responsive and friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras they provide. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Mark and Nicky are amazing hosts and make you feel at home in their cottage without being intrusive or crossing boundaries. Issues were dealt with very quickly and Mark is very responsive in communicating. The unit is set in a peaceful and beautiful suburb and is close to wine estates, parks, a sports complex, shops and restaurants. We started of as strangers but after 30 days left as good friends. Highly recommended and well worth the price.

We had a lovely stay at Mario’s, the space was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. Great private patio with bbq and lovely master bedroom with sofa in it. Kitchen was small but fine for us. Mario was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. Location was a walk to the coast path, one local restaurant and fernkloof, but otherwise a short drive into town / main beaches so car was recommended. Thanks for a very happy holiday, we’d definitely return :)

5 star stay ⭐️.Helpful, friendly, smooth check in . View on both sides , mountain & ocean 👌. Linen & towels 5 star ⭐️.Bed so comfy 👌. Tiny problem which was sorted out in minutes 🙌. Don’t bother looking else where this is the place to stay . Little bit out of town but lovely & peaceful . Cliff walk which Eunice recommends is a must . 1 hour into Hermanus , easy walking . Also if you like in the town .. check out Goozi apartment which they also have & is walkable to everything . All in all both places 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you both & we would love to revisit in the future 🙏🙏🙏

Die beiden Gastgeber Helen und Owen sind sehr herzliche Menschen, es war sehr einfach sich dort schnell wohl zu fühlen. Wir hatten das Appartment mit eigener Küche und privater Terasse. Es gibt aber auch noch eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir hätten nutzen können. Unsere Kutesachen konnten im Garten abgestellt und getrocknet werden. Es gibt reichlich Platz. Und da wir zu Weihnachten da waren, hatte Helek sogar noch für alle gebacken. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

I had a fantastic stay at Renee’s place! The location was perfect—just a short distance from town, making it very convenient for exploring Stellenbosch. The property had everything I needed, and I really appreciated how secure and private it felt. Renee also added thoughtful little touches that made the space feel warm and homely, which was such a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Stellenbosch. Highly recommend!

The space was perfect for me, it's ideally situated for access to almost everything that Stellenbosch offers. Izette is a wonderful host and communication was easy. The interior has everything you need, especially the coffee! Couldn't have asked for a better place! Will recommend!

We had a lovely stay! Robyn and Jaco were both friendly and welcoming. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything you needed. There were complimentary biscuits, coffee pods, and firewood, which were thoughtful touches. I highly recommend staying here. For fellow dog owners, it’s worth noting that while the space is dog-friendly, there are some areas where pets aren't allowed, such as the living area and bedroom. Dogs are only allowed in the kitchen passage, braai nook, and the garden/lawn area (if supervised).

Elsa was a great host, helpful and responsive. She made us feel at home. She was very courteous and welcoming.

WOW! What an incredible stay we had here. It was just perfect. The view with the wine yards and the olive trees were perfectly for a walk. Felt like a princess for one night. If we could, we would marry here instantly. A big thanks to the onsite housemanager owen, he do an absolutely perfect job. We come back.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and Codie’s Cottage completely exceeded my expectations! It’s cozy, spotless, and stocked with thoughtful extras like milk, tea, coffee, and sugar — even an emergency toothbrush and toothpaste at a small cost. The location is unbeatable — walking distance from the Old Harbour, and right next to Woolworths and the town information centre. You can really feel that the host cares about every detail. A peaceful, relaxing stay and a perfect intro to Airbnb. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Hermanus!

What a great location, surrounded by nature on the lower mountain slope, with fabulous views over the lakes, just as the name of the room suggested, and out to the ocean. The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms well designed and spacious, with very attractive decor and absolutely everything I might need, right down to the corkscrews!! Thelma made me feel really at home and I would definitely stay there again. Can highly recommend Betty's Bay and Thelma's place to anybody visiting the area. Excellent value, especially if you're paying in pounds!

We loved staying at Klawerjas! Beautiful surroundings, comfortable and homey accomodation! We will definitely be back at Klawerjas soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Maryna’s place. Enough room to relax on the balcony, in the kitchen or in the tv room. Lovely bathrooms and in a lovely area.

A visit to Jane's place allowed access to tranquil surroundings and views of the mountains surrounding Somerset West! A morning Nespresso on the patio was the perfect start to anyone's day and the hosts are friendly, inviting and take genuine interest in your comfort and convenience. With all the amenities of home it was an excellent base of operations for our stay. It is well equipped, clean, comfortable, easy to find and ideally located with on site (off-street) parking big enough for a double cab Hilux bakkie being a huge plus!

We had a lovely comfortable stay. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Rhoda has thought of everything to enable you to stay and enjoy the spot. Such thoughtful touches like matches, firelighters, wood, oil etc. We would definitely rebook

We had a few lovely days-the location was quiet and peaceful (which is what I needed) with good views and the flat was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The hosts were communicative and flexible, even offering us early check in and late check out. A pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this place. Thank you for having us to stay!

what a gem! The guest suite is beautiful. Brian was welcoming and full of local information which was invaluable. We visited a few of the recommended vineyards as well as local restaurants and cafes and they did not disappoint. Highlights included Vrede en Lust for brunch, The French bistro for dinner and The Blue Correander for a curry. The Mad Hatter was a great spot to have a relaxing drink whilst listening to live music. Thank you Brian for welcoming us to your beautiful area. Hope to return to do more of the recommendations!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but I wish I had booked a longer one. I will be coming back. Louise is an awesome host. Very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and luxurious stay, I highly recommend it.

Schon das Ankommen war perfekt, wir wurden sehr herzlich von Terezas Eltern begrüßt und eingecheckt. Alles vorhanden, sogar Milch für den afternoon tea war vorhanden. Die Lage in Kleinmond ist exzellent, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand mit einem tollen Restaurant. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Kleinmond wieder hierher kommen.
