Beautiful cottage in a quiet area. Stunning view, Rosta lake in front and Rosta mountain behind the cottage. Perfect place with lots of spots for Northern ligths just outside the cottage. Close to Dividalen nationalpark with lots of places to walk in the nature, both summer and winter. A perfect place for relaxation and good experience in nature.
“Our stay in this lovely cabin was really wonderful. Nina was a perfect host for us. She made sure we saw the Northern Lights, cared about me when I was sick, went on a cross-country-ski Trip with my friends and helped us where she could. The cabin was super cozy and is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by stunning mountains and a lake directly on the doorstep. If you are lucky you can even see elks through the windows.”
The place is located about 90 km from Tromsø airport. It is a quiet place with good views and good opportunities to see the northern lights. In the summertime we have midnight sun. We can also help with hiking, skiing and snowshoes in the surrounding area for a cheap money. We can also arrange a visit to the sami people to feed the reindeer.Just ask and we arrange most.
“Tommy and his wife are very welcoming and kind. The communication was perfect. Tommy advised us about what to do at our final destination and for the observation of northern lights. The room is at the first ground of the house. There are a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. A microwave, a toaster and a kettle are at your disposal for simple meals or breakfast but you have acces to Tommy's kitchen if needed. It was perfect.”
Enjoying the silence and the calm? Get the feeling of living close to the wild. The hut is adjacent to a smal campingsite close to the lake and forest. The area is perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and boat trips. The hut is small, cosy and minimalistic. Just outside the door there is benches, tabels and a barbeque/campfire spot. Boat and canoe rental. Also possible to stay in tents if you are more than 2 people. Welcome!
“Really nice place, faithful to the description. No shower and no food/cuisine, but everything else is included (heating system, sleepbags, wood for campfire...). Annika was really reactive and we were nicely welcomed. Mobile network available.”
