Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

Mr. Vassilis is very communicative, very helpful (we asked for an iron for the clothes and he brought it to us immediately). The space is very clean and in a nice, straight neighborhood. I will prefer it as a home in my next visits to Patras!!!

Excellent apartment, very convenient, excellent location, had a lot of things to do nearby, the host was very helpful and friendly. It had all the amenities a home needs and was spotless! The view from the balcony is incredible and the area is very beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely choose it again for future visits!

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Mr. Pavlos contacted me from the first moment to help me with whatever I needed. The place was clean and bright, it had all the amenities mentioned. Quiet area, for the city center you need a means of transport but for us it was not a problem, we knew it. I would choose it again on my future trip.

Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.
