A few minutes' walk from Sörmlandsleden and Lake Yngen. 6 beds, two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Large social areas. Fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who want to cook their own meals, bathroom with washing machine. Patio with barbecue grill. Nature right outside the door – but only 30 minutes to Stockholm by train.

Newly built holiday home with pool near the beach

Holiday home in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The 40 sqm house was built in 2019 and has modern décor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Cottage Kolmården

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Cottage by the sea with pool and new hot tub

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är nyrenoverad. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, nytt helkaklat badrum samt ett nytt sovrum med två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och ett vardagsrum med kamin. På tomten står en mindre stuga med två sängar. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort finns en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och goa bakverk. Enklare frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Se hemsidan Café Östergården. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Vårt mysiga sommarhus med anor från 1835: erbjuder ett stort kök, vardagsrum med öppen spis, samt tre sovrum & balkong på övervåningen med havsutsikt. Nära till paddelbana, utegym, bokningsbar bastu mot avgift & två badstränder inom 200 m samt sommarrestaurang & gästbrygga. Naturreservat Stendörren, Nyköping, Kajakuthyrning & Nynäs slott 15 min bort med 🚗, Kolmården ca 1 h. Välkommen till en avkopplande vistelse! Du har med dig lakan, handdukar & städar huset ( kan köpas till) efter er!

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Upon arrival, a guide will show you out to the island the first time and go through how the boat is used. Here you live peacefully and privately with a sea view, nature plot and sailboats that pass by. The house is simple but charming, with 4 bedrooms, room for 8 guests, kitchen, two bathrooms, terrace, WiFi and several social areas.
