Our cozy Sörmlandstorp is located just outside idyllic Nävekvarn, with a swimming area, forest and hiking trails around the corner. A glimpse of Bråviken and the archipelago can be seen from the cabin that was built in 1920. The jetty (5-minute walk) has both a child-friendly and a deeper part. Kolmården Zoo is 30 minutes away. In Nävekvarn there is a beach, harbor tavern, ice cream shop and grocery store. Heated hot tub is on the patio. In the kitchen and bathroom there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to 6 beds, there are 2 children's beds.

Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Skogen där du hittar smultron, blåbär och svamp finns bakom huset och framför har ni utsikt över sjö och hagar. Nedanför huset finns badplats. Roddbåt ingår i hyran. Hundar är välkomna i detta boende.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min).
