The hut was absolutely beautiful, in a stunning location, very peaceful, dog and child friendly stay. Jonathan and Jenny were lovely hosts, and always very helpful. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay in the shepherds huts with our daughter. She loved the bunk beds to sleep in and enjoyed the camping like experience. We played scrabble in the evenings in the kitchen and she had lots of fun doing lots of handstands on the grass out the front of the huts! We then had a lovely walk along the foot path just down the road. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something wholesome.

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Very close to, just 15 minutes, but out of the sprawl of Oxford; in beautiful farmland with fabulous walks and charming pubs, rivers for dipping into. Beautifully decorated space with everything one needs, quietly located in the corner of a field. Really comfortable bed with cushions, perfect place to read, with good light and a window. Recommend local-ish Mason Arms for relaxed coffee and papers. Good shower and thoughtful makeup mirrors in communal bathroom. Very quick response (booked hours before!) and kind and welcoming welcome.

I booked this for my parents in law and Sue was brilliant. Very warm and welcoming and was happy for us to visit them as much as we liked. Beautiful garden with beautiful views, will definitely be booking again.

Amazing few days staying at Swift! The Shepard’s hut was perfect, so clean and had everything we needed! The hot tub was perfect, when the weather was hot we did have a lot of bugs flying around/on us but as soon as it got cooler they weren’t a problem at all! The location was 10/10 we used the recommended list for a place to eat and to visit! The views were incredible and the loungers were perfect to sun bathe! 10/10 stay! Already recommended to all our family and friends, would definitely come back in the future!

A fab shepherds hut in a beautiful, peaceful area! We visited to celebrate my partner’s 30th and had a lovely stay. We loved the woodfired hot tub and fire pit. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding Cotswolds villages in the day time. We would absolutely love to come back soon!

WOW! What an unbelievable discovery! Upon arrival, I was greeted by my gracious host, Mark, who invited me in a led me to my (much to my surprise!) private Shepards hut. The hut itself had everything that anyone could ever want, fully kitted out with everything you need, it was easy to make myself at home. Being told I could ramble round the space in front of me, I seized this opportunity to stroll round the land, filled with sheep, talked to the goats and horses and watched the gorgeous fox cubs rolling around the hills. When it came to turning in for the night and the following morning, I can honestly say the bed was one of the comfiest stays I have ever had! As a host, Mark was available for every question and query I had. I am so incredibly thankful for this opportunity to enjoy the place they call home and if I have the chance to come up here again, there’s no where else ide book. Thank you, once again for a memorable, perfect, impromptu stay. Jack

Wow what a fantastic place. We would strongly recommend it if you want it to be peaceful, relaxing and just want to chill out. The view was unbelievable and we truly felt relaxed. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We also had dinner at the Hare and would strongly recommend it. The coffee and croissants at the Bruern Farm shop were unbelievable. The bed was on the hard side sadly which was the only area that was a little disappointing.

The airbnb was an idillic private location for my fiancé and I, plus our dog nala. Super impressed with the attention to detail from interior and had thought of everything a guest might need thanks to alice’s recommendations and guidelines. We loved the local farm trail too, that was signposted well right on our door step. Would highly recommend for those with our without pets who wants a peaceful break in the cotswolds.

Reading through the book inside gave us great recommendations of places to eat, quick driver from gorgeous Cotswold villages had an amazing relaxing break

Absolutely idyllic night spent at Rosie's hut for my partner's birthday. Jennie was lovely and put up birthday decorations for him and had really thought of every little detail. We spent the evening in the hot tub under the stars. The hut itself was immaculate- really modern and with lots of thoughtful touches. Would absolutely stay again.

We’ve just enjoyed two nights at Aimee and Andy’s So lovely to have amenities like a proper bathroom, and mini kitchen. We easily cooked dinner for the both of us, and sat outside overlooking the meadow in the evening. The hosts left some lovely extra treats which made our stay feel special. Really clear instructions on how to find and park - and Aimee gave extensive recommendations for local places of interest. We visited the local pub for pizza night which has lovely views too.

A really cosy hut providing a different experience for a night in the Cotswold. Space was small as expected but smart, neat, and nicely presented. I could stand up without issue. Fireplace worked very well at heating the space and is a nice touch. There was a plumbed in sink and electricity in the shed too, and the WiFi worked easily. Easy to find and good access. Shower and toilet are in the main house.

The hut was absolutely lovely, in a great field which was perfect for the dog to run around freely. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The BBQ was great with logs provided. The local pub was brilliant and there was some great walks nearby. Would highly recommend and will return at some point in the future!

We gad a great time at Emma's Shepherd's Hut. It was exactly as described in a lovely location that was nice and quiet.

Great stay here! Andrew and Oey were very responsive and accommodating and the Thai food was amazing!

The absolute perfect place, so peaceful and felt like therapy for the soul being in the midst of the wildlife. I booked a few nights to write my book and it honestly was so perfect. Also I felt super safe as a lone traveler! I can't wait to book again and explore a little more as the walks look fantastic. Thank you to Helen for everything!
