Quiet neighborhood with proximity to shop, small shopping center and good hiking opportunities. 1 free parking. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a large cot and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bed in the corner of the living room. Possibility to set up extra bed. The apartment is well maintained and contains all the equipment you need. The master bedroom has a balcony with morning and daytime sun.

The apartment is a good starting point for trips in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boats can be rented from the host in season from March to the end of September. Øien 530 with 40Hk Yamaha (requires certificate or that you were born before 1980). Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 Hk Tohatsu is available. Satellite dish with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hp is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel costs NOK 150/person.

We are pleased to present a completely raw holiday cottage in a cove with a very nice view and a small sandy beach 15 meters from the cottage. Marina 25 meters from the cabin. Here you get far away from the city, noise and everyday life, to silence, magnificent and beautiful nature. Who wouldn't want to "land" out here after a busy day and enjoy the waves from the sea. Outdoor wood-fired hot tub. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin door with "adventure forest" and viewpoints towards the ocean.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
