What a fantastic environment. Mr Uche who is the house rep called me before checking time to enquire about our whereabouts and if we can locate the place. He and the security guy Mohammed pulled out all efforts to make our short stay very enjoyable. This couldn't have happened without the the 100% organisation of the host. 3 Kudos to 3 of you. I will certainly bring my family down there whenever we travel back to Ibadan next time. Thank you guys. God bless.

I don't normally leave reviews but maybe it's best to express and uplift people and places when it's do! Well I just wanted to say, this is my second time staying at this apartment and once again....I loved it. The owner of this place knows exactly what he's doing when he put this place together. People of Nigeria knows what the conditions are in this country, but I can say that when you're told that there's 24 hour light and air condition, you're actually skeptical about that because most often it's not true. However, this owner Adedayo is honest about everything that's included in your stay. He guaranteed 24 hour light and air condition and not one day did it fail us. I'm not going to leave the staff out.... they were amazing as well. When choosing the right staff, he made sure everyone understood what rules they must follow and i promise you they listen because as I witness several times, not one person entered those gates unless they were aware. Not enough lines to express more! 😔

I recently stayed at this serviced apartment and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare meals and save money on dining out. An extractor is needed in the kitchen though. Also, the rooms are clean and well spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for a home away from home. I will definitely be returning for future stays and cannot wait to experience the exceptional hospitality and ambiance once again.

I highly recommend any of Seyee’s listings you can find!! Him and his wife are such a wonderful people with a Big heart. They checked on us to make sure everything was good and quick to attend to any of our questions. We definitely enjoyed our stay at their property!
