Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Bed for a minor /child can be arranged on request too

Free standing and spacious cottage on a large Heritage dwelling in the heart of old Paarl. Secured, gated, off-street private parking leads onto onto patio and garden. Renovated to a modern space with functional kitchenette, living area and en suite bathroom . The property is ideally situated within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. Boys and Girls High Schools are within short walking distance, (300/450m). This is an ideal base from which to explore surrounding areas.

Monte Rio Air B&B

Our guest suite consists of one bedroom, an en suite shower and toilet and a living space with basic cooking facilities (microwave, fridge and kettle). The guest suite is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance. Safe, shaded parking is available. Free wifi. We are situated in a quiet, friendly residential area, close to local hospitals and schools. We are a busy family of 5; we cannot always guarantee perfect silence, but your privacy is of utmost importance!

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure. It has all the luxuries to make your stay relaxing and memorable with a lush view from the stoep across the garden, farm style pond and vegetable patch of our work in progress garden.

The cottage is completely private to the side of the owner's main house with separate parking. The road leading up from the main road to the cottage is a gravel road - come experience ultimate off-grid living and enjoy the spectacular mountain, vineyard and fynbos views as you drive up in-between the vineyards.
