Holiday houses in Pachia Ammos Beach

Antonis and Stefani were perfect hosts - so friendly and helpful. They messaged us before arrival and Stefani met us at the property to show us around. The studio was exactly as described - stylish and spotlessly clean. It was lovely waking up listening to the sound of waves and watching the sun rise over the ocean. Apartment is located at slightly quieter end of a hectic row of bars and restaurants and has beautiful views. The rooftop pool was spectacular. There is an allocated parking spot at the property. We were in Hersonissos 4 nights for a wedding but it was a good location to visit Knossos, Heraklion and Agios Nicholias. There is a beatiful village 25 minute walk up the hill for authentic tavernas and nice beachfront restaurants 10 minutes walk to right. We would love to have stayed another night or two.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

We’ve had the most beautiful holiday in Nouvelle Villa. The accommodation is amazing and provided us with everything we needed (and even more than that ;) The house is cleaned regularly by a very nice lady. Nikos is the best host we’ve ever had. Apart from always being at our service, he’s kind, friendly and very generous. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in der Windmühle. Der Ausblick und der Garten sind umwerfend. Alles ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir sind glücklich, dass wir dort sein durften. Wer das Besondere sucht, dem kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Great host, great house! Armin was always super professional and supportive. The house was in very good condition and very clean and with dishwasher and vaccume cleaner robot you can easiöy keep it clean throughout your stay. we enjoyed a peaceful time with a fantastic view. The road to the house is not paved and takes some time but it is totally worth it. we did not have to worry about the rental car at all. Whenever you need something Armin is quick to react. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Herve and Denise are wonderful hosts! They are amazingly friendly and their place is perfect, with a rooftop, clean spaces, and plenty of amenities. They are always around if you need anything and the location is wonderful, just a few minutes from the beach and tavernas of Pachia Ammos!

Eleni's place actually surpassed my expectations. The location to the beach is actually VERY walkable. I thought that it would be hard with a small child getting there but not at all, it was probably even easier than taking the car because I didn't need to worry about parking. The beach seems not to be very popular (yet) which was AMAZING at this time of the year as it never felt packed or empty. The local taverns (also walkable distance) were VERY GOOD and tasty! Basically my routines in the super hot days were to spend sometime in the pool and right after that walk to the beach and spend the rest of the day there, coming back for a nap, do the same in the afternoon and then visit the taverns at night. The house, it was very clean and VERY modern, I fell in love with the shower. It felt like it was a luxury hotel room but made into an apartment, two floors, a bed on each floor. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Eleni, you did a great job!

As a couple staying here, we can recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay. Everything is as advertised: simple but clean. The terrace offers privacy and is surrounded by olive trees. Restaurants are on walking distance, as is the beach (20 min) if you can cope with the steep hill. As almost everywhere in Crete, a car comes in handy for any other trips.
