Excellent location, and wonderful hosts, super friendly, everything was very good, super accessible and they love dogs

This is in a remote area from CDMX there is a close Pueblo called San Juan if you need to exchange currency

i was with low expectations because I had booked the place to stay one more night in hidalgo so I did not expect much from the place, what was my pleasant surprise that everything was excellent and the treatment of the people was excellent, not to mention that they should add that if there is internet since the hotel administration very kindly shared the key, the place was super well!

The house in general is excellent, Mrs. Reyna and her husband are very attentive, the only thing I suggest are fans in each room. The pool is at a very pleasant temperature.

Excellent place, the buffet is very good for breakfast although the à la carte menu we did not like much, there are many activities and the spaces are very nice, I recommend it!

I was surprised the place is very nice with nature everywhere , to have a good family time or with friends. The pools are very clean and natural water at a good temperature.

All good , just that the wifi signal was not very good and that I struggled to be given control of the TV , a mirror in the bathroom and the receptionist is not on site , but my children and family had an amazing time

10/10 Clean, tidy, comfortable, very nice, rich food inside the facilities, the hot pool, my children (6 and 8 years old) enjoyed it very much even though one rainy day we were not cold because the water was very good temperature. We also enjoyed the games in the common area (billiards, soccer, machitas, xbox). The service was very good, always attentive. We want to return with more family as we saw that there are more accommodation options within the same facilities. 100% recommended

An incredible experience, Fernanda is an excellent host provided us with all the necessary information to have a good time since our arrival. Veronica also helped us with the tour and very friendly. The house comes with everything you need to be comfortable. We lacked time to take advantage of all that their home has to offer, we were unable to use the fire in the rain but I hope to be able to return. Real del Monte is a very nice and safe place to live with the family.

Very pleasant and comfortable place, it is perfect for walking around, it is really close to the center and there are also many food options nearby. I highly recommend the place.
