Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Tiny Home Getaway

If you’re looking for an easy and cheap place to stay while visiting the Gold Coast or Brisbane then my Tiny Home is the perfect place for you. Located in the picturesque Jacobs Well (in my backyard). The home is a studio design with queen bed and kitchen and large wheelchair accessible bathroom. The accessibility of the unit is in progress but there is ramp access and an accessible bathroom in the tiny home. You will have access to the large deck and pool area to ensure maximum relaxation.

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Tamborine - 15 minutes from the Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Mount Tamborine, 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise - you can return back to the cottage to unwind, use the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle! Ideally located for the hiker or avid cyclist - chance to cycle on the roads and tracks used by elite and professional riders! Cottage is located on the same block of our property at the back but quiet and with privacy.

Gilston Orchard

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.

This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
