This unit is a very nice studio room with beautiful interior design. The host, Januar, was very helpful and informative. There is a plus about this unit, it has a security door lock which made me feel safe during my stay (1 month) as not many hosts provide this important additional layer of self-protection. As an Indonesian descent who has lived abroad for more than 3 decades, I love staying at Tokyo Riverside Apartment and for those who are a foodie, finding food is not a problem at all. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It’s worth it! Thank you so much Januar - Millennium. All the best for you.

clean, good location, beautiful view, fast response

So far, it's nice& comfortable staying @the gold coast apartment organized by Mrs.Tan. The unit is clean, amenities're complete, strategic location, and the owner's responsive&helpfull. But, At first we got difficulties to open the door.. Later, we'll put this unit as the first choice to stay..

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

Proses check in mudah dengan instruksi yang jelas. Unit bagus, rapi dan bersih. Sudah tersedia amenities yang lengkap (handuk, air minum, sabun shampoo, bantal sprei & selimut cadangan, dsb). Overall puas dan nyaman banget stay disini 👍🏻✨

Bedroom very clean & white, rapi. AC dingin, wifi fast. Have Ocean View from window, spacious workdesk. Super Enjoy working from home with landscape of Ocean view. Very Nice view!! Nyaman banget. Recommended. Will comeback to stay here again🙏 fast response host too.. help me make everything easier like can call laundry service to your door.. many foods, late night restaurant near lobby. Connected to baywalk mall, all complete. Love it

great for the price

Rumahnya pas sudah sesuai, furniture lengkap semua, full AC juga. Proses check in cepat. Namun tdk ada TV & wifi tapi sebenarnya it's okay krn kami hanya menginap saat malam tahun baru jd lebih banyak diluar. Ke club house jg dekat bisa jalan kaki. Adrian as a host jg sangat responsif dan fast response. All good 👍🏻

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, nyaman, kamar mandi bersih, Cuma mungkin agak slow respon, pas udah checkout, tany detail , untuk ada yg bantu arahin penginapan, kalo gak gak tau yang mana penginapanya , Overall bangus sih. Mungkin hanya slowrespon jadi pas checkin dan cari penginapanny, agak bingung kalo gak dijemput di dermaga

Hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Lots to do and explore. The room was clean and washroom was clean and spacious. Elfa communicated really well and guided us on everything from reaching there from Jakarta. Ripal helped us with everything during stay and cooked some lovely dishes. As mentioned in description, the power is available only at night, so we planned accordingly. Lots of fishes can be spotted while snorkeling, even found a stingray.

Menginap disini sangat menyenangkan, banyak hal yg bs kami lakukan, tempat sangat bersih. Pak Robertus sangat baik, responsif, dan memberi kami waktu untuk sholat dl sebelum check out.

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. Thank you!

Homey vibes, overall clean, except balcony. Responsive host. When there was any trouble with the water, the host response really well until it solved.

The place was beautifully decorated with teddy bears at literally every corner. Very easy and seamless check in process - instruction was very clear and precise. Overall, very pleasant stay, kids were very happy, and we will definitely return!
