We did enjoy the stay although it's far from the highway, but it's peaceful and quiet. Lots of fruit trees you can enjoy munching while around the farm. Swimming pool was our favorite. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing time at Mary Ann’s Airbnb! The place is incredibly cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caretaker was exceptionally hospitable—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, with everything tidy and in place. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was enjoying the bonfire at night while grilling pork and chicken—such a fun and memorable experience! The poolside view was breathtaking, overlooking the lush rice fields and majestic mountains. It was the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I truly loved everything about this stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of nature’s beauty!

You can’t spell White Dacha without peace and quiet, fresh air, and unmatched privacy. It’s an easy drive from Manila, and the location is within Lipa city-center, so there’s access to restaurants if you prefer to order food delivery, and cool down poolside. For those like us who brought food to cook, the outdoor kitchenette is small but serviceable. Our dogs enjoyed the large outdoor space and got the run of the place, while we enjoyed swimming and being surrounded by sights and sounds of birds, trees, and flowers. The interiors were also cozy and modern. Hotel-style amenities, with a relaxing air freshener and a soft, comfortable bed and pillows. High powered-AC, strong water pressure with hot and cold shower, and fast internet connection. The Smart TV is also a nice touch and we spent the rainy evenings binge-watching Netflix and HBO Max. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

We only stayed for a night but we had a really nice experience! The place was easy to find, the check-in instructions were super clear, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing—just like the photos. It had everything we needed for a short stay, even drinking water which was a nice touch. Just a couple of small suggestions: it would be great if the aircon charge was already included in the total price, and maybe something could be added to hang wet clothes. Also, the sofa and bed covers were a little bit itchy—possibly just a laundry thing. Overall, it was a great find and our family enjoyed our stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The place is magical! It may be a tiny house but it's charm really captivated us. It gave us a paradise worth celebrating our occasion. Joey went above and beyond than just hosting us! Even if you have not booked yet, you can reach him and he replies immediately! He helped me with setting up a surprise for my partner, and was helped too by his lovely daughters! Overall, this place is worth it to spend to and go to when you are in a hunt for a nice spot away from the city. Getting there is a breeze too, especially we didn't had a car - it can be reached via a direct Grab ride from Metro Manila. (Joey also provided us clear instructions on how to commute if we had opted). Would definitely consider going back here again another time! Thank you Joey and family for hosting us!
