Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

Gerry’s home is fabulous! Conveniently located for local cliff walks and fun day trips. We ate at the pub across the street every day. Just watch out for seagulls stealing your ice cream cone!

Really fantastic place to stay. The rooms were spacious and airy with lovely high ceilings and beams. The little courtyard was fantastic for the dogs. Really well set up kitchen with everything you need to self-cater, but also surrounded by great places to eat. Can't recommend the St Kew Inn highly enough - the food was second to none. Really helpful communication before we arrived and the information folder was really well put together and very useful with lots of places of interest to visit and advice on local walks. All in all a fantastic stay, and with the road network as good as it is now it was also really quick to get anywhere. So peaceful and relaxing being up in the farmland and near the moor. The Delphi Bridge at St Breward is a special place and the St Kew Ford a delight. We'll be back if you'll have us. Very best H&N

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

We stayed 3 nights at Tim’s place on a family staycation trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as it was cosy, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a brilliant stay. Everything in the kitchen was of great quality (cooker, kettle etc) and the check in and check out process was easy. The location was also great as only 10 mins away from padstow and 5 minutes from Constantine bay!

By following the sat nav the house was easy to find. The location is ideal to use as a base to visit nearby places. There is a bus service that goes through the village roughly hourly which starts early in the morning and finishes at a reasonable time at night. We used the service quite regularly and didn’t have to use the car unless travelling further a field ,but no doubt could have used the bus for further places but there would be a time element to consider. There is a walk from the village to padstow which we took and although dry was uphill and down dale in places. Although the sign says 2 mls I think to the centre of padstow more like 2 3/4 mls. The old mill restaurant in the village is superb and a loverly setting for a meal inside or out, depending on weather. I must also say that Hollie was very helpful and accommodating with regard to our booking due to a medical situation and had to alter dates at the last minute.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

we had a fantastic stay here, the signal box was gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need and more! Nice touches of shampoos and shower gels incase we'd forgotten, a bottle of fizz and a jug of milk in the fridge also! We found the property to be clean and welcoming and hot tub was excellent and clean. we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pet sheep that came to see us everyday 😍 The view from the property is amazing and the sunrise was to die for! we had dinner at The springer Spaniel one evening, lovely food and great cocktails!! we would easily recommend this gorgeous place and jacqui is a lovely welcoming helpful host! we hope to be back soon! We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Oh Wow! Adorable! Such a peaceful, tastefully decorated, cosy and well equipped haven in the woodlands. Literally so easy to get to and fabulously placed for St Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre, Lands End, St Michael’s Mount…. The list is endless. Tina is such a warm and responsive host too. Not only was Butterfly Rest itself beautifully inviting but Tina also, made us feel so welcome through her communications with us. We actually didn’t even eat out…. It was just so nice after our busy days, to come home and prepare food to enjoy at leisure, especially with the view of the squirrels visiting to see if we had popped any nuts or sunflower seeds out for them (seeds provided by Tina)… so cute ❤️ Thank You Tina, your thoughtful decoration and equipping of Butterfly Rest made it a fabulous stay for us! ❤️

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in Perranporth! Loved our stay here — spotless, stylish, and super comfy. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to the beach and town. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after long coastal walks. Great hosts — we’ll definitely be back!

Danny’s home is in an ideal, rural location, set back on an expansive lawn overlooking the sea on one side, hills with grazing sheep on another, and just beyond an amazing view of Plymouth. Beautiful! Directly across the street and down a short path is The Cliff Top Cafe, a great place to get a bite to eat and take in the amazing view. The home is very comfortable and clean and has everything needed to enjoy a peaceful getaway. To me, the best part of the experience was definitely the location. It absolutely does not disappoint. Views, views, views and soft sounds of sheep calling out from the hillside. Very special. Thank you Danny. We will never forget our first stay in the UK.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

Lovely home near the centre of Padstow. Easy walk to where all the bars and restaurants are. We stayed here with our baby and had plenty of room. Felt very homely and comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything we needed, able to cook meals etc. We didn’t use it but there is also a nice outside seating space with bbq. Helpful and friendly hosts.

This is our second trip to the Roundhouse which of itself, says a lot. We love the tranquility of the cottage & the ready proximity to Padstow with all that it has to offer. As dog owners, knowing they’re as warmly welcomed as we are is really important for us to truly relax. I often reflect that it’s the manner in which you overcome challenges that is the true measure of a person. During our stay we had a small emergency. I contacted Scott and within minutes help arrived. We were so well supported during a challenging a few hours and truly well looked after. Thank you Scott for your quick reactions and, thank you Mark for your kindness and support. So, a lovely cottage in a beautiful location and supported by a fabulous host. What more could you ask for?

This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for switching off for a few days. Olivia and Daniel were really friendly and helpful. Their dog blue who roams about the gardens was an added bonus! Such a lovely temperament. The surrounding area is stunning. Couldn’t recommend this listing enough!

Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning annexe, beautifully and tastefully presented with everything you would need. Shireen and Mike are very approachable and accommodating. The location is perfectly situated for exploring nearby Trevose head, Padstow, Port Issac and beyond. Thoroughly recommend.

I write on a personal note as well (to show how amazing the hosts were). The night after we arrived my parents’ dog, Mollie went missing. Kaye and Lindsey pulled out all the stops to help search for her. Sadly the day before we left, the dog was found but it wasn’t a good outcome. But they’d joined in the search intensely all week, organising local people to come help, a farmer to help with cutting back vegetation, searching at various hours of the day in an effort to find Mollie. They really were brilliant.
