The villa, measuring over 160 m², overlooks the lagoon and is set within a vast garden. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a relaxing seating area. This central living room, extended by a huge terrace, is the heart of the villa. Two additional terraces and a fare pote'e allow guests to enjoy the outdoors and the spectacular view of the lagoon and the island of Moorea. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Villa Vaiava is ideally located in front of the beautiful PK18 beach in Punaauia. It has all the comforts you want to relax and recharge. With its four stylish bedrooms, large living room, wooded garden, it can comfortably accommodate up to nine people, ideal for families or groups of friends. The mirror pool, in front of the ocean, and direct access to the sea will allow you to enjoy all the facets of an ideal stay in the sun of Tahiti.

Fare Vaitiare Studio

Fare Vaitiare is an independent studio on my property right next to my villa, which holds many childhood memories and has recently been beautifully renovated. It's just a 25-minute drive from the city of Papeete. The property is situated right by the ocean, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the beautiful lagoon. Luna, who is the caretaker of the property, is incredibly sweet and absolutely adores receiving cuddles.

Individual bungalow with private bathroom and lagoon view terrace, located in the garden of the main house. Snorkeling equipment, kayak and stand paddle available, to explore the lagoon to the coral reef. The bungalow is very well equipped and has wifi. You will particularly appreciate the view of Moorea when you wake up with its pink hues and fabulous sunsets. We cannot accommodate children under 12 for safety reasons.

Villa Teipo

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a quiet family neighborhood with access to the sea. You can explore the seabed thanks to the coral soup, with a depth of 15 meters in front and a length of more than a hundred meters. Located not far from "La passe de Mara'a", you can enjoy the surf spot and deep sea fishing for enthusiasts, but also a hike to the caves of Mara'a with breathtaking views.
