Holiday rentals with a patio in Paeroa

This has to be the best Airbnb.I ve ever stayed in , it's got full sky tv everything is brand new , the furniture , the beds , the bathrooms , the kitchen , will definitely stay here again good job Lynne

We had a lovely stay! Steph was warm, helpful, and readily available throughout our visit. The space was beautiful with stunning views and a fantastic location. While some aspects of the home are a little dated and could benefit from an update, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

This is an excellent BnB. It is clean, light, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the whole apartment is a really pleasant place to stay. It is literally a 2 minute walk to a long and exceptionally beautiful surf beach. Genuinely, one of the best BnBs we have stayed in.

Beautiful studio. Perfect for a couple. Walking distance to the beach and mall. Great full kitchen, spacious area. I would definitely recommend.

The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every little detail felt thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for us was the amazing collection of board games. There were so many to choose from, and they all worked perfectly. It made our evenings so much fun and added a really warm, family-friendly touch to the experience. All the amenities were top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, from the appliances to the heating. The space was just as described (if not better), and it was clear that the hosts put a lot of care into creating a relaxing, welcoming environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and fun place to unwind. Would love to come back again!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! It was so baby friendly and had so many great amenities. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so spacious!

Great place very close to restaurants and places of interest in Hamilton. Modern townhouse that’s clean and a very accomodating host.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Great place for us during the fieldays, would happily stay again :)
