The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms,while the ground floor consists of 1 open plan area with kitchen and dining area. Inside it has a wooden staircase and wooden flooring upstairs. The bathroom is out of the house. The balcony overlooks the sea. Agia Kyriaki beach is just 40 meters from the house and at 20 meters there are traditional fish taverns and a mini market.
