Atiya was very helpful and communicative throughout. We had a number of questions around local pediatricians, laundry etc and she helped us every single time. The house is pretty spacious and the area is quiet and residential. There are insects like cockroach, lizard, mosquitos etc but these are common in most warm countries. So would be good to carry insect repellent. The breakfasts served were delicious. All of us had an amazing time. We would recommend the home.

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 elderlies & 1 child. The 3-bedroom villa was perfect for our big group. Check-in was easy. The facilities & amenities were well maintained. The villa was beautiful & has a Bali feel to it. Host was responsive & accomodating. Suggestions for improvement: 1. insect repellents in the house 2. hooks in the toilets for hanging towel & clothes 3. toilet rack for toiletries near the shower.

We had a wonderful stay -- the place was perfect for our family outing! The Game Room was impressively well-equipped and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we need for cooking, and the BBQ made our outing even better. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We also appreciated the complimentary coconut water and fruits from their orchard -- such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend.

Great villa in a beatiful and serene location. Spacious, good for family or friends get together. Kitchen and BBQ area are well equipped. Vincent was very responsive to all our enquiries. Stairs to the 4 bedrooms in the main house (to note if have elders in the group). Not much to do in the surrounding areas, nor halal restaurants so please arrange for catering or home cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean.

Spacious villa. Clean. Helpful & responsive host. Easy access to everywhere. There’s a caretaker lives nearby. Just the pool is not so kids friendly. It’s so great for adults, just need to be extra cautious when bringing kids.

A Serene Retreat: My Unforgettable Stay at Embun KKB Villa Highly recommended nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Embun KKB Heights Villa is a hidden gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, the melodious chirping of birds, and the soft murmur of a nearby stream create a symphony of that soothes the soul, it provides an immediate sense of calm. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly unwind and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. The host was an absolute delight, patiently answering all of our doubts, no matter how trivial they seemed. Suggestions, the barbecue area currently it is an open - air space, which makes it unusable during rainy days. And the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable and the blankets, while cozy at first glance, seemed to lack warmth on cooler nights. Upgrading to better quality pillow and blankets would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

The location is quiet and peaceful and access to beach is super convenient and most of all the views of the sunrise from the living room and master room is spectacular. We (especially the kids) felt welcomed with the snacks and sand digging equipment at the Villa. The kids enjoyed the morning walks to the beach, digging around and enjoyed watching the plentiful shore life (hermit crabs and crabs) and especially going to the water park (right in the middle of the compound) sessions right after. It was the highlight of the day for them. Although the afternoons were hot (not the hosts' fault) the strong and plentiful aircon on both floors of the Villa (provided by the host) really helped cool the place down. We really enjoyed our stay at the spotless and comfy Villa. Thank you Charmaine!!

The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. Huge and cozy place. Had a great time.

The place is perfect. With pool right in front of sitting area, you can monitor the kids easily. Eventhough the living is big, the aircond works very very well. Rooms were all very comfortable with pull out mattress which are also very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. Come with air fryer, microwave, rice cooker and ice maker. Easy to check in and checkout. Host is responsive and flexible which makes it a plus point. Overall we had a very great stay. The only thing is do not leave the garbage bags outside of the house as there are monkeys roaming around ready to dig the bins.

The host is very helpful and friendly. He even came and check on us if we need anything else. He also gave my family durian once he knows we are looking for durian around the area. As a parting gift, he gave us potted plants upon oir checkout. We love our time there, and will definitely repeat our stay in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights during hari raya holidays. We celebrated our raya there as family. It was one or the most memorable rayas. Facilities and utensils provided all as described and functioning well. Just some villas airconds not so cooling. Maybe can look into it. When we were there the wifi was down so a bit of a problem since the reception was poor. But we took it as a retreat to disconnect. Not sure why the microwave is in the tv room so we had to move the microwave ourselves to the kitchen. On last night of our stay a snake decided to pay a visit but luckily the caretaker was very responsive taking care of the matter Toilet is ok but please label which one is shampoo/body wash. I’d like to suggest to plant some herbs around the estate since the land is huge, like serai, daun pandan, kunyit etc. Overall the estate is beautiful just perfect for large family to get together in private. Highly recommended.

The house was extremely clean. The house helper had turned on all the air conditioners before our arrival, so the place felt cool and very comfortable when we checked in. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool was slightly smaller than expected.

Had such a great time at Box Pool Villa! The karaoke system was awesome, and we had so much fun singing all night. The place is super cozy and perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. They even have all the stuff you need for BBQ or steamboat, which made dinner super easy and fun. The pool was a great spot to chill and play around, and the snooker table in the gaming area was a nice touch. Furthermore, really loved that every room had its own bathroom with a water heater very convenient! Honestly, such a cool spot for a getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill and fun place to stay!
