The cottage is only a couple of minutes walk from the local pub and the other restaurants in the village, including the Painswick Hotel, which serves afternoon tea, cocktails and offers a beautiful restaurant. Local shop is a a few meters away.

Large single bed, all-year round heating, tiny en-suite shower-room, kettle, small desk, seat, wardrobe, and TV. All bedding, towels, toiletries included. No cooking facilities. Cafes very close. If you don’t mind a bit of a squeeze for your overnight stay, this could be perfect. Access is up a narrow steep flight of wooden steps. (Not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges).

There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. The nearest towns are Painswick,which is 1 mile away, and Stroud where there is a train station and supermarkets. The studio has a sleeping area with a king size double bed. It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa.
