It’s an ideal place to stay in the old town great restaurants close by lovely bar restaurant next to us Got a taxi from the bus station 20 euro and arranged with the same taxi to collect us very early on our departure date A little expensive but we needed that security to catch our bus/ ferry Highly recommend her beautiful studio apartment

The apartment is tidy, comfortable, modern, tucked away, warm enough for winter conditions. The kitchen is well-equipped. Located in the heart of the old town, it's peaceful and quiet. Everything is a short walk away, parking (underground garage) Poljane is 5 minutes away. Pet is friendly, so our Gulliver enjoyed his first trip too. Ana is a pleasant host and very responsive. We will come again for sure:)

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Staying with Ana & Sanja was all around perfect. The apartment is super stylish and practically cut. Everything is brand new and the amenities are top. We were very comfortable here in Pakostane. Also the terrace overlooking the bay is beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful apartment, amazing rooftop pool with an even better view. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were very helpful, always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything missing. If I were to return to Croatia I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

Excellent room 1 minute from the sea. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Staying with Ivy was a great time. The area is quiet, friendly, close to the sea and to restaurants. The room, bathroom and kitchen are clean, the equipment is new, we did not miss anything, and there was even equipment that we did not expect. (toaster) 🙂 From Pirovac close to Zadar and Split I highly recommend and thank you for your hospitality 🙂

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

The apartment is very stylish and comfortable, the temperature was perfectly controlled. This was a beautifully peaceful and relaxing way to end our busy holiday travelling the country.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

The rental was amazing, super clean and exactly as shown/as described. Beautiful, clean pool, beach towels, paddle board, outdoor shower, hot tub - immaculately maintained outdoor areas. Cold AC throughout apartment and comfortable, stylish furnishings. All necessary kitchen utensils, towels, comfortable bedding provided. Josip and his family took excellent care of us and made delicious breakfasts daily. They even washed our clothes! Josip recommended a private boat tour and a cave restaurant, and was able to reserve the best table for us. TIPS: On the boat tour, ensure you take cash for the tour and for lunch! Ensure you have water shoes, as the beaches are rocky. The beach outside the apartment was fine gravel and comfortable to lay on. Taxi boats pick up right outside the gate and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall Josip was an amazing host, the property was wonderful and I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN! Much love from your new American friends!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
