Windmill Summer House

A unique summer destination built with respect for the island's traditions. The first floor of the windmill has a well-equipped kitchen and a living area in the back. On the second floor there is a double bed and on the third floor there is a view of the sea. The wood-heated sauna cottage has two separate beds. There is a hot tub in the yard and a terrace leading to the dry toilet. In the yard, there is a summer kitchen with space for dining and lounging. Tihusen Estonian horses graze on the surrounding pastures.

Our sauna house includes fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large folding sofa, a toilet, a bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed accompanied by a crib for your little one. Additionally, two relaxation spots crafted with netting offer the perfect place for relaxation. Next to the sauna house awaits a hot tub, a grilling area and a cozy camping spot with two beds. In the garden, a greenhouse awaits, provides vegetables during the summer months.

Do you want an authentic tiny house experience? If so, our recently built modern tiny house is waiting for you in the middle of forests in Kassari. You'll be amazed by what just 20+10 m2 of space can offer for you - cosy living room, full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, relaxing sauna area and private bedroom space on the upper level of the house. As Kassari is known for it's horseback riding tours, you may also see some horses riding by the house :)

Suuremõisa Holiday Apartment with Sauna offers accommodation in Suuremõisa, Hiiumaa with access to a sauna. Boasting a balcony, the apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, skiing and fishing. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment.

Ride a bike to the sea or get to know local life. It's possible to use a hot tub for an additional fee (€80). The barn house has a toilet and shower with floor heating. Extra cot on request. Distance from Kuivastu is 15 km and from Liiva 4 km.

A grocery store, diner, bus stop, church, library - all remains more or less the radius of 500 m. A beautiful sandy beach is only 7,5 km away. Place is good for families, solo adventurers, couples or small group of friends.
