Dimitris offre à la location une maison dans un cadre exceptionnel, calme, avec une vue magnifique à toute heure. La maison fonctionnelle et les équipements adaptés permettent de profiter du spectacle autour d'un repas. Le jardin très bien entretenu complète ce tableau. Les plages à proximité sont principalement à eau claire mais à galets (petits et moyens). La plage d'AgioKampos seule est à sable gris. Si vous souhaitez visiter ce secteur de la Grèce, ne pas rater Makrinitsa , le Mont Olympe et même Thessalonique, cette maison est idéalement placée et apporte un réconfort visuel. Dimitris est très réactif et de bon conseil. Un lieu à ne pas manquer ! Merci Dimitris .

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

Maria was very welcoming and made feel like home. The house was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We used the barbecue and played volleyball, ping pong and football. I highly recommend the house if you like sports activities and you're a big group of friends or family. We had a great time!

Am avut un sejur de 5 nopți aproape perfecte. Un grup de 5 adulti si 5 copii, locația ne-a indeplinit toate nevoile. Dintre care: Liniște, intimitate, aproape de plajă, bucătarii utiliate, zona de gratare, terasă etc. Am fost foarte multumiti si cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was truly outstanding—welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. He went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations for places to visit in the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. A special bonus was that he even provided bicycles for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Highly recommended and we’d gladly come back again!

Spędziliśmy ze znajomymi fantastyczne wakacje. dom sklada się z dwóch osobnych apartamentów. W ofercie wszystko opisane jest zgodnie z prawdą. jest blisko morza, w spokojnej okolicy. Marvellous house, beach and garden! This is the perfect place to relax as you are surrounded by nature and its beauty (we even saw dolphins a few times). The house is fully equipped and very clean. Wassilios is kind and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Wir wurden von Petran und Marisa trotz Verspätung herzlich empfangen. Sie hatten bereits ein paar Lebensmittel für uns eingekauft. Das war unheimlich nett. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Das Mobiliar ist etwas älter aber das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Bis zum Strand führen Stufen und man ist in guten 5 bis 7 Minuten da. Der Strand ist ziemlich leer und für uns ideal um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Sowohl die Kinder als auch der Hund hatten Spaß. Bis zu den Beachbars und Einkaufsläden sind es ca.3 km. Wir haben die Beach Bars nicht genutzt da unser Strand toll war. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Wer die Ruhe sucht der findet sie hier. Petran hat uns wegen nicht so gutem Wetter angeboten 2 Tage kostenfrei zu verlängern. Wir waren sehr gerührt. Vielen lieben Dank Petran. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Добрый день, большое спасибо за гостеприимство, все было отлично. Нас встретили и проводили на виллу очень хорошо. Комплекс вилл очень красивый, вилла чистая и оборудована очень хорошо. Единственное что, так как они построены совсем не давно , в ремонте есть мелкие недочеты, система кондиционирования на втором этаже отсутствовала, вместо нее стоя увлажнитель воздуха, и сантехника в ванных комнатах местами протекала)) А так вилла очень красивая и все понравилось спасибо большое!

Location is great and the home is really well designed. Couldn’t ask for a better property

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

וילה מקסימה - חצר ענקית מטופחת ויפה עם נוף נהדר, פנים מעוצב להפליא, מרווח, ומאוד נוח ( אמבטיה שירותים לכל אחד משלושת חדרי השינה) . הוילה מצויה בסמוך לחוף ים פופולארי בקרב מקומיים ורחוק כדי שעה נסיעה עד שעה וחצי נסיעה מהחופים היחודיים בסיטוניה. אנחנו נסענו מידי יום (גם הדרכים יפות) ולא התחרטנו, השהייה בוילה היא חופשה בפני עצמה המצדיקה את הטירחה שבנסיעה.

Wir waren ende Mai mit 4 Personen bei Mike in der Villa. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber angetroffen. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was der Urlauber benötigt und darüber hinaus mit wertvollen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Toll fanden wir die Aussenküche und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool war um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch, aber sehr sauber und mit den Liegen sehr einladend für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Störend empfanden wir anfangs die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber wir haben uns auch daran gewöhnt. Positiv auch der kurze Fussweg um Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe, sowie der kurze Weg zur Autobahn. Danke und beste Grüße an Mike!

Gazda primitoare, ne-a primit cu fructe, vin si apa rece in fridiger. Bucararie cu toate dotarile. Locatia corespundea cu pozele, foarte curata. Piscina este piesa de rezistenta, apa curata. Casa aproape de plaja (aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos) si de cateva taverne locale unde am mancat foarte bine. Gasesti Lidl la doar 10 minute cu masina.

Met ons gezin, aangetrouwde kinderen en kleinkinderen zijn we 6 dagen in de villa te gast geweest. Het is een mooi huis in een rustige omgeving vlakbij de stad Elassona. Het is fijn dat er zoveel kamers met allemaal eigen sanitair zijn. De tuin is heerlijk, veel ruimte en privacy. Het zwembad is fijn! We hebben een dag regen gehad en ook toen was het een prettig huis. Contact met de host is heel erg goed! We waren er net en al snel kwam de vraag of alles in orde was. We hoefden maar te vragen en het werd heel erg snel geregeld. We hebben genoten van een kampvuur, het zwembad, de tuin en het huis. Het waren heerlijke dagen! We hebben veel tips over de omgeving gekregen. Echt een aanrader!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter allerdings gibt es diese kleinen Punkte zu beanstanden: -Die Klimaanlage funktioniert ausschließlich wenn alle Türen geschlossen sind im Haus, was nahezu unmöglich ist bei 5 Personen wo immer einer auf Toilette oder einfach raus will - nachts hat leider während der ganzen Woche der Nachbarhund gebellt, so dass das Einschlafen sehr schwierig war. Auf Anmerkung unsererseits war es eine Nacht besser und dann ging es wieder los Alles in allem ist das Haus toll geschnitten und praktisch für Familien. Der Pool ist perfekt und die Kinder haben ihn sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist qualitativ und geschmackvoll. Das Feedback ist schnell. Danke für alles und weiterhin alles Gute

es war alles super! die Gastgeberin war super nett und für alles erreichbar, bei der Ankunft gab es einen Kuchen, Obst und Wasser für uns. das Haus und der Pool waren super und sehr sauber. es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. vielen Dank an Eva für alles!
