Beautiful 65 m2 apartment, fully furnished with 40 m2 private garden. Very Central, close to tram T1 and metro Full city center with supermarket in front of the building, market every day 5 minutes away, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Excellent bedding (Emma Hybrid II) changed at the end of 2024. Note: You will need to take care of my cat "Youli" who will be your co-host :). He is an independent cat (he goes out) and is sociable. You'll just have to feed him and open the window for him from time to time.

It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible).
