The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! The walk from the cabin to the lakefront is down hill and semi steep, but terraced. 🦚Short stay cleaning fee $50 🦚morning check in 🦚late afternoon check out 🦚no minimum stay, come for just a single night if you wish!

A group of adults, (4couples)weekend. It was a fabulous restful time here at Elaine’s place. We had workers present , at times, that were busy doing work to improve/ repair the property from last year’s hurricanes or just making it better for “ next time”☺️! She was very apologetic. The good far outweighed the bad! Elaine has a cute place that would please the fisherman and his family. She had a fully stocked kitchen, clean plentiful linen.. just an all around welcoming place. Elaine was very easy to work with. We will be back again!

My husband, dogs and me had a wonderful stay at Roberta’s place! It was a nice getaway from the city, felt secluded but with stores & restaurants mere minutes away. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom had all the things and the fireplace was a great way to warm up in the crisp mornings. We’d definitely come back again!

Serene Escape in Historic Palatka: Cute 2BR Home

There are many nice outdoor activities in Palatka to see and participate in and this little house is close to most all of those. Though I was not in town for a fun occasion, the home met all my needs. I did not do any cooking while there, but it appears that all the necessary pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils are there. I enjoyed the coffee maker, and the sweet little coffee bar set up. Thank you so much for that John. The living room was very comfortable, my only issue was, that I am technology challenged and could not get the TV to turn on, but that was on me. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were very soft. I chose the bedroom with the TV, as I was able to turn that one on. The home is located on a corner, but I did not feel that there was any abnormally uncomfortable street noise. I had no problem sleeping. The house was cool and comfortable. The carport was a plus, as we had a few rainstorms while I was there. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great place! Everything was super clean and cozy and extremly comfortable. Perfect for me and my husband. The AC kept the whole place cold and the fridge too. Perfect location to walk Ravine Gardens. Just did a stop over before heading to the springs. Palatka Coffee was excellent. Wonderful place for a night or two. I would highly recommend.
