I rented Rachel’s Airbnb because I was taking my cousin to a concert at the Saint Augustine Amphitheater. The concert was incredible and our stay was equally wonderful. The house is exactly as shown in photos. It is very cute, conveniently located, and perfectly clean and tidy. We really enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio with coffee and conversation. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!! Thanks so much Rachel.

My wife and I enjoyed it so much that it is highly likely we will stay longer next time! Loved it all! The European Village was so cute! Loved the weekend farmers market and all the kiosks! Saturday night music in the courtyard was awesome!

This was the third time I’ve stayed at one of Steve’s properties. He and his wife are always responsive and friendly. The listing always matches the property and check-in is always simple.

One of the best airbnb stays I’ve had in a long time! Everything was so well organized and I love how kid friendly it was! Plus the gift basket was such a sweet touch. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in St. Augustine!

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

Everything about this place was great, from the location to the actual cabin! Our girls loved it, and so did our pup! Perfect location for a walk downtown to all the restaurants and activities. Beds are comfy, the place is fully stocked, and it couldn’t feel more peaceful and secluded! We will definitely be down again!

We loved our stay at Tony and Judy’s everything was perfect and as pictured the town is amazing and everyone is very friendly. We will definitely be coming back !

This is our 4th stay and as always was PERFECT! Nice quiet clean place! Perfect for our group of 8! Beautiful view of the river and Perfect docking for 3 boats. Fishing cleaning station available to help in cleaning your catches of the day! Nice large dock for relaxing! Will most definitely be a return guest! Thank you!

I have to say Lynn place was amazingly beautiful place felt like an all inclusive vacation destination. The pictures cannot describe the beauty of the jaw dropping sweet quiet home. Lynn was very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had. With the beauty of this home you’re able to look off deck and see your friendly neighborhood turtle saying hello every morning. With easy access to our boat to so many great restaurants we are looking forward to many more stays. This home had more than expected! I would recommend anyone who may be looking for a quiet nice getaway this is it!

We loved staying here and plan on coming back. It was easy access with our boat to Silver Springs. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay. The host was a gem and the place was perfection. 5 stars isn’t enough- 10/10!

June was very quick to communicate and her house in the woods was a lot of fun for our small family gathering. It is definitely rustic, but that is part of the charm. Lots of beds and places to sleep and very well stocked.

Natascha and David were excellent hosts. They were very thoughtful and left us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. They went above be beyond to accommodate us. We left our keys to one of our vehicles at the boat ramp and he gave me a ride to retrieve them. David saw us coming in on our first day and gave us some great spots to travel in our boat also let us borrow his anchor. The house was very peaceful. We felt right at home. Thanks for all you did guys! You were great! Hopefully we’ll be back some time soon.

Stayed here with a few friends after a wedding. Was right up the street from the venue. Great location, and loved having coffee on the dock in the AM!

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room had all the amenities we could need, the host was very attentive and responded quickly, and the location was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.

Had an amazing stay at Steven's Airbnb. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Fantastic host, responsive, friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend if you need something very close to campus!

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.

overall, this location was beyond what I expected. The host is phenomenal, and they met the needs of my stay and provided all the essentials you typically don't find at most homes and most importantly very clean. I definitely plan to visit again and love that the host provided a booklet of activities and restaurants in the area for those who may not be familiar with the area. I'm glad I choose to book and couldn't have been more happier to have such a great short vacation at this location.
