We had a wonderful family stay at La Residencia Nanale! From booking to payment, check-in to check-out — everything was seamless and stress-free. A big thank you to Ms. Patricia for a smooth and spotless transaction, and to Manang Liza for her warm assistance and for making us feel right at home. The welcome drinks and food were a thoughtful touch — just what we needed after a long, hot drive. La Residencia Nanale truly is a hidden gem and a one-stop shop for comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again!

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

Although the place is a bit far from Liw Liwa beach, overall we had a great stay! Melissa was very responsive to my queries and gave clear directions on how to get there—she even went above and beyond with their service. Rhan, the caretaker, was also very helpful and even built us a sunshade at the beach since we had a kid with us. Definitely planning to stay here again!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Nevertheless, the rolms were comfy, the AC's were cool and the place was comfy. All in all it was a lovely stay. We loved the freebiea and

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

We had an incredible stay at Cactus and Tides! The villa was everything we hoped for—beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. The outdoor patio by the dipping pool became our favorite spot to unwind. Ate Arlyn and the staff were amazing—super helpful, attentive, and respectful of our privacy. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and intentional. Even my 2-year-old nephew had the best time running around and enjoying the open space. Surprisingly, the absence of a TV was something we really appreciated—it allowed us to be more present, connect, and just enjoy the moment. The bathrooms being outside but still within the villa worked surprisingly well, especially after swimming. Less sand inside! A small extra bathroom would be a nice addition for quick access (especially kids or elderly guests who need to go urgently). Overall, everything was perfect. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to be back.

Highly recommend this nice place to relax with your family and friends. Caretaker was approachable and friendly. Near at the beach and good ambience. Definitely 5 stars.

Although the host waa not that responsive, we were able to navigate the locale easily because the owners were very accomodating as well as the staff. Only problem was the water it was too scarce, but we understood since there were a lot of people booked over the holidays and were using a lot of water for sure. We loved the local restaurant which was 4km away from the resort. It was great value for what we paid for really enjoyed our stay there, might come back soon!

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. The place was perfect for our Christmas getaway… we were 10 adults and one child with our puppy . Have enough space for every one of us. The common space has game tables and karaoke so it was a lot of great memories made there. The bedrooms were massive and very well kept. The outdoor area is so peaceful and relaxing. And the river next to the house is perfect for water activities and a cool swim. And the most important part are the people. Ms Adelfa, Nicole and the rest of the team are very friendly, polite and helpful. They were so intuitive and very mindful of what we needed. And the food that they prepared for us was so delicious with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this place

The place looked just like the photos—quiet and relaxing. It’s probably best to visit during cooler weather though, since it was pretty hot and humid around the resort because of the summer season. Luckily, the unit we stayed in had a jacuzzi, which was a nice way to cool off and enjoy the heat at the same time. They do have ATVs available, but they were under maintenance when we got there, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, it’s a great spot to just hang out and play board or card games with friends or family. Cooking is allowed, and they provide basic utensils, which was super convenient. If you need more, you can just ask. They also offer meals—from breakfast to dinner—that you can have delivered straight to your room at whatever time works for you. The staff were really polite and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were easy to contact during their working hours. Overall, we had a great time and we’re all rested.

The place is very nice, a 1min walk away from the beach. The place is spacious. there are sari sari(small store) store around the area for things you need. the host and the team si very responsive. only thing is there is no hot water. but every thing else is spot on. will recommend it! Good job guys

The place is humagous. Now that I am thinking it seems like I didnt see any cockroach. Lol. But we really enjoyed our stay, all appliances and equipments are working well. I hope they keep it that way. They even allowed us to check out late as we check in really late. The caretaker, Ms. Lea, is really friendly and easy to approach. We are certainly recommending this place. Kudos!

Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. Everything was almost perfect, especially the pool and beach. The two villas with lofts provided an ideal setup for our two families, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the simplicity of the interior, it was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential cooking utensils, pans, a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and more. Additionally, the rental included a videoke for added entertainment. While there were a few small things that could be better, they didn't really affect how great the place was. Kudos to the caretakers for being helpful most of the time. Can't wait for our next visit to this awesome place!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at AmanDagat Beach Resort. The Dome Pearl Villa was stylish, spacious, and perfect for our group of business colleagues. Fast internet allowed us to get work done while still enjoying the private pool, beach, and incredible food at A'Züla. Peaceful, professional, and the ideal work-play getaway. Highly recommended!

Location was great, it was right by the beach. Unit was clean, airconditioning was really good - although it would be a nice improvement if they would install an AC in that one non-AC room (we are aware that there was one non-AC room even before booking so I guess that is ok). Shared kitchen was really functional and complete with utensils and cookware but sometimes it can get too crowded and full since you share it with other guests. Wifi was ok, not so fast though so it is not very reliable for remote work purposes. Host was always very helpful, responds to inquiries, replies fast.

Hi, Jase and Ian! Thank you so much for accommodating us in your Liwa Home. Your place made us feel like we were just home, the cozy vibe is super lit. You’ve gone beyond our expectations! The location is just near the famous restaurants and just minutes of walk away from the beach. It was raining but we still had a great time at the lanai area of the place. Higly recommended! As a large family, we stayed at Melisa's place for a week. Our thoughts: Pros: -- Great beach-side location. It was very easy to get to the ocean. -- Good layout. We liked the kubo setup of the property. -- Helpful staff. The caretakers were friendly and cooked delicious food for us. -- Mostly peaceful. We had the property to ourselves, which was very nice. Cons: -- Bathroom. There's only 1 toilet, which isn't ideal for large groups. Also, although the indoor shower and toilet have a wall between them, the wall doesn't quite extend to the ceiling. So it's a bit awkward if somebody's using the toilet while somebody else is using the shower. -- A bit of noise. The neighbors were mostly very quiet all week, which was nice. But on our last night, the property next door hosted a wedding ceremony, and the music blasted all afternoon until about 10pm. We don't blame Melisa for this, but there's a small noise risk. Overall: Very good, we would go back anytime.
