I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Great place, better than expected. I’ve stayed in many places around the area and so far this is one of the, if not the best. everything here has been carefully thought to ensure a pleasant stay, ugly many other places that just scramble old stuff, every single detail has been carefully planned, from appliances to decoration, bed is super comfortable and you’ll also get 2 bathrooms for the price of one. open terrace with lounge chairs and tables is a big plus ,laundry appliances provided at no cost. High ceilings and lots of sunlight. looking forward to my next stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

The purpose of our stay was just to rest as we arrived at night and left early the next day. The apartment was very clean, the sheets smelled good, very comfortable and quiet, we were able to rest well and continue with our trip. Super clear instructions. I would like to come back with more time to enjoy the apartment and the area that looked very nice, with several cafes and venues on the same street.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for the two of us. It was also in a perfect location, right in the middle of a lively neighborhood filled with bars, restaurants, stores, and markets. The hosts were extremely communicative and attentive! They were easy to get ahold of, kind, and caring! I would highly recommend staying here.

Fernando's Place was perfect, conveniently located in a great bulding complex with several amenities, and walking distance from many BA attractions, communication was great , always proactive and very responsive, greatly recommended, Cesar and Kathy

This apartment is in an excellent location, which means that it’s close to transportation, as well as parks and innumerable restaurants bars and shops. It’s one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. The only thing I would warn potential guests is that the outside traffic noise is quite noticeable. The apartment is located one block from a major train line. (Frequent diesel engines) as well as several very busy Boulevard. The beautiful glass windows provide amazing views of the city, but also do not really block the noise that much. I would recommend earplugs in order to get a good nights rest. And that’s not the fault of the apartment owner, so take my comments with a grain of salt.

Victoria is an exemplary host(ess)! Her mother was very nice and helpful at check-in and check-out. They were both extremely attentive and responsive to my needs to make my stay more pleasant. Thank you very much, Victoria!

Our hosts were incredible! the apartment truly felt like a home. The neighborhood is peaceful and everything you'd need in the area is walking distance. I loved this area and the apartment so much I never wanted to leave.

Our stay in Juan's loft in Núñez was excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The place has a modern and cozy touch, with a minimalist decoration that highlights the spaciousness of the space. The natural light that enters through the huge windows is spectacular and gives the atmosphere a unique warmth throughout the day. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and pleasant to walk, with good cafes and services nearby, as well as being well connected to the rest of the city. Juan was an attentive host from the start, always available and with very good recommendations. It is evident that they are committed to providing a comfortable and high-quality experience. Ideal for resting, working or simply enjoying a few days in Buenos Aires. We recommend this loft without hesitation and hope to return soon.

It was the second time I stayed in Raquel's space, especially for the service she offers and for the space and location, which has everything a person needs: public transportation, restaurants (including vegans/vegetarians), markets, pharmacies, theatres.....whenever I can, I will return to stay here, highly recommended.

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Totally recommended! The apartment is comfortable, cozy and has everything you need to have a good stay. The building is truly beautiful. Facu did his best to allow us to check in earlier and greeted us with a very good attitude. In addition, he gave us gastronomic recommendations and was always available for our inquiries. The location is unbeatable, you can get there without your own vehicle easily and in front of the building there are many options to eat. I would definitely come back. Thank you!
