I had visited Avril’s property with my friends on 31st December. We are the last minute kinds and had to be at work so wanted a property which is not too far and can be reached by using the public transport. As soon as we entered the property, we were awestruck. The pace is extremely beautiful and very well done. So clean and so elegant! The property also has a lovely terrace. Also, Avril and Paul are a young couple recently started on Airbnb but they have been travellers themselves and that reflects in the house. They are absolutely quick with the responses and would always be there to solve your doubt. Plan a nice 2-3 hour trip within Vasai by taking their suggestions. Don’t forget to have a small chat with them, if you want to go a little more educated after the stay. I would strongly recommend this property. It’s one of the rare finds and very close to Mumbai city. It’s literally home away from home. So, stop reading and hit the book button. Green, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. We couldn't find words to describe the great time we had at Nawabie’s villa 34. Our only wish is I would like to stay longer. Many thanks for the welcome and numerous attention given by all staff. Cook and Caretaker were friendly and attentive . The pool was ideal and the house was thoughfully decorated.Gated complex felt very safe.The best part since it’s closer to Mumbai that makes it’s a perfect gateway. Thanks to Nawabie Hospitality team for making our stay memorable . Will visit again !

Hardik is a very responsive and responsible host. He made sure my guests were comfortable. Our stay and the entire experience was very pleasant and enjoyable.

I visited the property with my 8 friends. We were amazed to see the property. It was a beautiful villa between the lush green nature. The villa was kept ready for our welcome. It was well cleaned, all the bedrooms were nicely set with all the amenities in working conditions in the villa. Bathrooms and swimming pool were clean and hygienic. Kitchen was properly organised with required utensils, refrigerator. Clean drinking water was provided. The host was welcoming and was available for any support. The food served was amazing, nicely prepared and felt like home, good quantity and superb in taste. Evening complimentary tractor ride was an Add on to A+ experience. The chauffeur made us look around the property which was huge and private. We did a short nature trail and enjoyed the time in nature. It was a beautiful experience overall. Thank u Ankita for providing a lavish stay which felt like home. And Hemant for all the guidance & support. Will definitely recommend it to others.

This is an amazing place. If you are looking for a place for relaxation and party at the same time this the place. Charm is the outside space, large space euqipped with the good lights set up, and cherry on the cake is the barbqeue set up, Perfect for organise outdoor party. Rooms are good and well maintained. Fan in the washroom give you different experience 😄. Perfect for a weekend getaway and small party. Host Milind is very cordinating, and the caretacker Sagar bhai is very supportive, he is always be there for you.

We stayed for just one night, but it felt like a mini vacation! The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. A special shout-out to the caretaker, Santosh, who made our stay truly memorable. Extremely courteous, always attentive, and genuinely polite—he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that elevated our experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Jacuzzi experience. It was extraordinary! What made it even more special was that my 79-year-old mother tried it for the first time in her life—and she absolutely loved it. Watching her relax and enjoy that moment was priceless for us. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We left with happy hearts and unforgettable memories. We’re already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

The place matched the description well and looked like photos. there were some small issues that we relayed to the host. the only con was there was no 1 point of contact. although both Arun and Akhil were very responsive. location is just next to growel's mall and is relatively easy to find. tastefully decorated. just ask before booking whether you want the caretaker to sleep inside the apartment or not earlier when booking. all good!
