Welcome to our brand new Airbnb accommodation “NEA home” in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Greece! This modern house accommodates families and couples alike and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stylish open-plan living and dining area. The Aegean Sea with a beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters from the house. The house was completed in July 2024 and you can be the first guests.

Two-storey maisonette in Palio Tsifliki of Kavala, just 150 meters from the beautiful beaches and the organized beach bars of the area. The house is 90 sqm and has a veranda in front of the house. On the ground floor there is the living room, fully equipped kitchen and WC. Upstairs 2 comfortable bedrooms with balconies as well as bathroom with WC. There are also 3 A / C, TV and WiFi.

Island View

Cozy studio which is quite close to the center and 500 meters from the nearest beach! It has a nice garden for relaxation overlooking the sea and the forest of Panagouda. At 50 meters there is a bus stop which goes to the city center and the beaches of Rapsani and Kalamitsa. It is located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood with free parking and a mini market 50 meters away.

Hello everyone! Our house is located in Panagia, a neighborhood with scenic narrow streets in the old town of Kavala city. It´s a detached house with the ground floor occupied by us and the first floor for Airbnb hosting. We use airbnb in all of our trips and we are delighted and satisfied.
