Apartment holiday rentals in Palm Bay

Anna's space was as the listing mentioned. It is nestled back off the street, so there isn't much car traffic. It is a quaint rental perfect for our niece during her summer internship program in the area. The kitchen had everything she needed to cook regularly, and the refrigerator was a great size. Anna was very responsive, and when the front door lock was not working regularly, they supplied us with a key to use instead.

We visited this place for our “baby moon” and had the best time! Listing matched the description, was very clean, and the host was super friendly and always responded quickly! During our stay we had some issues with the draining in the shower and messaged Brittany right away. She was super apologetic and sent a plumber out to take care of it! She even compensated us for the trouble - which she didn’t have to do, but it just goes to show how thoughtful she is and the pride she takes in taking care of her guests! My husband told me to save this place because if we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Place was in a perfect location to walk to the beach and all the local shops and nightlife. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. Clean, perfect space to prepare food and relax!

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

It was perfect for a staycation and larger than expected. A great value for any small family wanting to be near the beach. It was about a mile or so walk to the cocoa beach scene. Beds were comfy and linens clean.

Great location steps to the beach with all necessities (beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons) readily available. Short drive to restaurants and port canaveral. Would definitely stay again!

This place is in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. It's very clean and set up well for a short stay with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. though there isn't a kitchen sink. I was initially worried that there isn't an independent air conditioner but the owner keeps the central air at a comfortable temperature and there are two portable fans if needed. The bed is comfortable with additional linens if needed. Bath water pressure is good and hot water came quickly. The bathroom fan is loud and should be replaced. I didn't try the wifi as my connection was all I needed. My actual time here was pretty limited due to the nature of the visit, but one concern was that I was very aware of the presence of the owner because day-to-day sounds were easy to hear so I assume my sounds were too, so it didn't feel as private as it should. Overall, it met my needs and would recommend.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Look forward to returning I recommend her place immensely. Thank you Maria

Absolutely beautiful place this was our second time staying here! Sea turtles everywhere during this time of year super cool to watch! Our host Robert was very accommodating to us and our family! Great place we will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. The property is nice and quiet, and the apartment feels private. Martyn and Tracey provided us with beach towels, chairs, etc to take to the beach, which was only about a 10 minute walk, or 1 minute drive, away. I recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful pond view with lots of birds, turtles and squirrels. Shower pressure could be better but overall very, very pleased and would book again. If you’re not from the area, this is a perfect location with great food, shopping and beach right next to you!

This was a cute and perfectly little accommodation for my short 5 day beach visit. It had everything I needed down to the travel sized toiletries for the shower. It was clean, appeared to be newly renovated and very comfortable. It was a 2 min walk straight out the door and up the road to the beach entrance. The beach at this entrance was empty. I had the entire area to myself which was very peaceful. I saw dolphins, pelicans and collected plenty of shells. It was a short drive from anything you needed from Walmart to delicious restaurants. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

Amazing oceanfront location with very relaxed and chill beach! We loved the sunrise beachwalks and location! The property had a lot of amenities-shuffleboard, pool, volleyball, games, basketball and the condo had a spectacular view of the ocean waves. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Many thanks to William for the ease of the rental! We will definitely stay here again. Unbeatable location. Thank you!

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.

Great place to stay, just as described, not too far away from some great places to eat and drink. Perfect for our family of four adults

This place had plenty of space for the 6 of us. comfortable beds. reverse osmosis water available to use. nice outdoor patio. the host always responded quickly and offered information in a timely manner and were very friendly! I feel that this will be a vacation rental for years to come! we loved making memories here!
