This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Paul’s place is great, just like the pictures. The house is 10 minutes from downtown. Paul was very responsive and very nice. My dog enjoyed the backyard freedom.

Franks place was perfect, quiet, and peaceful spot. Had plenty of variety of activities to do. Wasn’t too far from town at all. Highly recommend this place for any vacation or just to get away

The house was gorgeous, tons of great porch space, friendly hosts, excellent wildlife viewing, very homey and cozy. Will be on my list for the next time we need to stay in town.

Jessie’s place was spotless and was exactly as the pictures show. Great communication and very friendly. Was perfect for what we needed it for. Would definitely book again!!

This is the perfect Florida get away! The house has so much gorgeous natural light and it really is a fisherman’s paradise right on the water. The “pool” is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. It’s more of a large hot tub size rather than a swimming pool but it served our purpose well. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in town.

This was a great little spot for our family vacation over a long weekend. We have two children who loved fishing off the dock, playing in the sand and playing with the air hockey table. The outside shower was super helpful after playing outside and a morning at the beach. The area was peaceful and quiet. We took an uber ride to downtown St. Augustine for tourist attractions. It was also a quick drive to Butler Beach, Marineland and the Alligator Farm. There was a local restaurant down the street where we ate lunch. The house was stocked with everything you may need whether it be kitchen supplies or for outside activities. The house was very clean and the decor was welcoming. We highly recommend this for a quiet getaway.

We loved staying at Brian’s place! This was our first beach trip with a baby and Brian was so friendly and very accommodating. The pool was awesome with plentiful sunshine and shade! We can’t wait to be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Nona's place! Although we didn’t get the chance to meet our hosts in person, communication was easy and prompt throughout our visit. Rosemarie, Mike, & Dawn were all very kind and responsive, and we especially appreciated Mike, one of the co-hosts, who went out of his way to stop by and bring out the bikes and kayaks, and even dropped off a couple of kitchen items — thank you, Mike! The house is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood within walking or biking distance of Menard-May Park. It was the perfect place to relax after long days out and about. The helpful written instructions around the house made everything easy to use. The WiFi was fast, and we loved winding down on the super comfy couch with the big TV. The yard was a lovely bonus; its variety of plants and flowers in both the front and back made it feel homey and serene, and it was so nice to sit by the firepit in the evenings.

This was mine and my husband’s first time staying in Florida and hands down loved this little home. Missy was amazing. The house was so cute! Was nice and quiet and wasn’t too bad of a drive from the places we wanted to visit.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

-Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. -Loved the Florida decor. -The canal view was very peaceful. -Really enjoyed watching all the birds on the feeder. -The white lights around porch and on the palms were beautiful and relaxing. -Very informative book of local sights and restaurants. -Home stocked with everything you need, including a great pod selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -Snack basket was a wonderful touch, including everything to make s’mores. -Michele and Kelly were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages. -I loved staying there so much, I didn’t want to leave.

This was an absolute beach vacation gem!! In fact, I felt I could live here!! We have visited the Crescent Beach area several times in the past, but we were looking for a place even more quiet and less touristy...and this was it. Even on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) the area and the beach were quiet and peaceful. The house was just the right size for my husband, daughter, and I. It is often hard to find a house at the beach that isn't too big. It was a quiet neighborhood and so easy to walk just up the street for easy access to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor deck/patio were perfect for dining outside! Lots of beach amenities, too, including chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all! I really can't say enough about Mary's place. Just perfect. We hope to return!!

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

I am a native Florida I've been to St. Augustine many times. I have to say this was my absolute favorite visit! It was wonderful having a fenced-in backyard for our dog to run around in, and it was so nice having the screened in Breezeway to enjoy the evenings free of bug bites. Details in accessing the cottage were impeccable. The location is peaceful and far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be private, but right across the street from a great Putt-Putt spot, of an extremely short drive from the Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, and downtown. Parking downtown can be a mess, but for a few $10 Uber rides this entire stay was stress-free! My husband and I packed a ton of activities into a long weekend, and still had a great full kitchen to make a few meals "at home" as well. The garage offered a range of additional activities, loved having the grill, bikes, and kayaks; Anastasia St Park is one of our favorite kayaking spots. So pleased with our stay!

Such a beautiful little place!! Stayed the night before and the night of my wedding and it was so nice having such a cozy and peaceful place to fall asleep and wake up in:)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! Very peaceful location with plenty to do if you love nature and the outdoors. The cabin is secluded but has modern amenities that made our stay easier. David was very helpful and provided cleaar instructions before our arrival. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Ocala National Forest!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

A beautiful hidden gem tucked away near Blue Springs State Park. We enjoyed being on the water, listening to.the extensive record collection, viewing all the wildlife and simply relaxing on the deck and the dock. The views are amazing from the living space and it was nice to have a screened porch option for most of our meals. We can't wait to return!
