The Yellow house is where you want to stay for full enjoyment in Dunedin. It’s also very close to other great places; Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island. Jennifer provided a box fan for my friend who needs one to sleep and she also provided beach chairs. Two of our requests. Our stay at the Yellow House for 4 days and nights was peaceful, and convenient. Walking distance to all of Dunedin. Sleeping was good, as was the entire layout of the apartment. We stayed on the first floor. Having two bathrooms for us 3 gals was great! We were able to check in early since our flight arrived early. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to make The Yellow House a yearly tradition.

Traveling for a funeral is never a happy trip. Dawn’s home was a much appreciated respite for me after some long days. Dawn was helpful and responsive. Quick to offer dining options. The cleanliness was apparent in her place. With a nice kitchen, I was able to go grocery shopping for some options rather than going out for dinner every night. The decor was light and comfortable. I would love to return in the future with my wife to explore more of this beautiful area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Magdy's place was very clean and smelled amazing! The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave to do our planned activities. Our flight got in after midnight, but the instructions were clear enough for us to get into the apartment with no issues. The neighborhood was quiet, which was a plus. The AC worked great so that made me happy. Madgy's place will always be one of our top picks while in Tampa!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail made the stay feel just like home. I genuinely have nothing bad to say this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Hector, for being a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lorena’s place in Palm Harbor was excellent! I was impressed how stocked the unit was. The kitchen made it comfortable to stay for a long stay plus the TV, fire place and couch made it even more cozy. This place is close to beaches and the lake so plenty of places to go to within just a few minutes.

Such a cute place, felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Anthony was an awesome host, friendly, and responsive. I love the waterfront location and the surrounding area is great to walk or bike. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

We LOVED staying here! the town is so charming and the coffee shop under the cottage is the best!! quick access to beautiful beaches too! they were such great host ! we will definitely be coming back for another visit! :)

We had a great stay at this cozy 1-bedroom studio in the heart of Clearwater. It was perfect for me, my wife, and our dog. The place is tucked into a quiet little spot and is super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed nightly walks to the nearby dog park and loved how close everything was. While Clearwater does have the occasional loud car (city life!), the apartment itself was peaceful. We also met the owner’s son—really nice guy who clearly takes pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful from first booking we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and attending a friends wedding needed a location close to a wedding venue and it was perfect! only seven minutes to the venue! The location was perfect fit for us, Easy to find, easy to get to dining and grocery locations, nice neighborhood, when you walk in you feel like you’re at home! Very comfortable! The decor is simple but elegant! Very clean, inviting! We had no problems at all and had everything we needed to make our anniversary trip a success at a great price!

We had a wonderful stay with Juli and Brian. They were actively ready to help and assist us at any time, and were truly friendly. They provided many useful amenities, such as the bikes, which truly helped us get around and explore Clearwater. The unit had a very home-like feeling and was truly welcoming. As for the location, it was perfect for us as it was right next to everything. It was a 5-minute walk from the grocery store, as well as a 5-minute walk from a trolley that travels down to Clearwater Beach, as well as St.Pete Beach. Additionally, there were a lot of fun locations to bike to in the area. Absolutely would stay again!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

Stephen was great! He was extremely responsive and on top of everything! We had a situation arise out of his control and he took the initiative to contact Airbnb for us so we did not have to and could enjoy the rest of our vacation! Would love to stay again if I come back to the area!

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

This condo was exactly as it was described, the beach was beautiful and the pool was really nice. We found a lot of local restaurants that were delicious. The owners/management was very responsive to the two request that we made prior to our stay. Everything was handled really well.
