From the living room, bedroom and balcony you can see the beach, Dubai Palm and Even Burj Al Arab. The apartment in located in 62nd floor. THE VIEW IS SIMPLY AMAZING! This luxury 1BR is just recently furnished. The apartment is 90 SQ meters and has enough space for 5 people. We have one King size bed, one large cozy sofa bed and another smaller 120cm wide sofa bed.

WOW! This was an amazing house! We stayed with a group of 7 and had more than enough room! Easily could accommodate 10-15 people comfortably. The back yard was like a resort! The neighborhood was stunning. We felt right at home here during our 10 day stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was so amazing. I highly recommend booking this stay! We felt safe, secure and living like royalty in this fantastic home. The host accommodated everything we needed and was always reachable!

Everything was above our expectations. Logistically convenient for both the Dubai mall and for getting around the city. Enrica is an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. The house was spotless, even more beautiful than in the photos, with a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. We fell in love at first sight and can't wait to go back.

There were 7 of us, 2 families with kids. This place was ideal for us as there are 3 big bedrooms and one small one for our one teenager. Every bedroom has its bathroom. The apartment is 12 min walk to the nearest public beach. There are 2 supermarkets on the mezanine level, 2 min walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. About 15-20 min walk to the metro station and Dubai marina mall.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Dubai Marina and had an amazing experience. The location is excellent – the mall is just around the corner, the beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, fantastic restaurants, and bars nearby. Communication with the host was seamless. The apartment itself was wonderful, with a great kitchen, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. I would gladly return anytime!
