the house was beautiful with lots of amenities. it was super close to everything we wanted to visit in Tampa. there was a nice Chicken theme in the dogs had a great time as well!! I would definitely recommend

the house is really nice. we really enjoyed the screened porch and pool table even though it was unlevel and there was only one usable cue stick. it was kinda like a mix of putt putt and pool haha :) it was also nice that there were doggy doors.

Really enjoyed this rental space as it had a dining room table that also served as a pool table for some family. Fun. Also enjoyed the artificial grass out back so if you wanted to walk around without shoes you could comfortably. The size of the bedrooms and amount of space was able to accommodate our family of six without us feeling cluttered or on top of each other. There were TVs in every room which made it easier when someone needed a break from the group. The pool is a good size as well where we had enough space to swim and play games. Definitely would rent this space again!

Came to Tampa for a concert. Felt like this was an awesome alternative to hotel and driving to venue. Great location and made the weekend very peaceful. Would greatly stay again.

Great house to spend quality time with family or friends , big and spacious , we enjoyed the pool table pin pong table, the spacious backyard, the pool , we even caught some fish from the dock . Definitely a great house to rent . Matt was a great host and very communicative. I would recommend this place with a 5⭐️review

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

Great location, great character, great value. Pool was an excellent space to hang out at during the day and nice central location for everything else. Would stay again.

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

Peter's home was perfect for the 2 of us and our pet. Very clean, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in a nice area. Close to downtown and the West Shore area. Peter had good coffees awaiting us, and good amenities for the stay. the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay in Tampa.

We have been here 4 times now for concerts at the amphitheater. Perfect for one night and close.

Stayed at this unit for a second time, I really enjoyed my time here. The place had all of the amenities you would need to make yourself feel at home whether you’re there for a short or long term visit, it’s also really comfortable. Additionally, whenever I had questions or requests, Ryan was very responsive and friendly in our interactions.

Great stay! It’s cozy and has everything you need. Right on the water with the best views of the river. It’s also close to tons of different places for day trips, definitely recommend.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay where we could cook some meals while visiting our son in south Tampa. Harris’s place has a full kitchen which was nice. We had the entire cottage to ourselves. Parking was right out front in the driveway. The cottage was clean and in a nice safe area in Tampa. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, only issue is that doors are a little hard to close & lock.

The host was wonderful, the check in instructions were very detailed and clear, the location was convenient to the amphitheater and aquarium we were visiting, and the space was comfortable and homey!

Very nice place in the suburbs of Tampa. Clean, quiet and a spacious shower. There was a mishap on my end when checking out, but Brian worked to help with the situation. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Tampa area ✅
