24-hour gate building and very close to a good supermarket (about 50 steps away). Everything I needed, I managed to do in the surroundings, which is a very comfortable area. Large, well organized and well-equipped apartment (I spent a month in Porto Alegre for work and the space has tables for quiet work). I also managed to cook good cooking in the kitchen, which had good pots (a well-functional wok), coffee maker, microwave and a large refrigerator, of about 350 litres. City Hall leaves nothing to be desired, wonderful cost/benefit. I hope next year you can stay in the apartment again!

The location is excellent for those who want a place to spend a few days in Porto Alegre. Easy to get to and very close to bars, restaurants and in front of the Redenção, with great options for tours there. The space was clean and has a great view of the city, both in the apartment and on the terrace. Eduardo was always communicative, with instructions and any doubts. I recommend it!

Cleber was super attentive, explained easily and the place is very good because it is clean, tidy and close to the hospital and some restaurants. My mother liked it and is thinking about going back and using the platform more often. I recommend it.

Very good place, good location. Even with rain, we were able to enjoy the place, as it had a heated swimming pool, a movie room and among others. We will return for sure.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

We really like to stay in Solange's apartment and we intend to go back! Jana who received us, is a lovely person and has given all the instructions we needed! The apê corresponded exactly with the description and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items”, as the announcement was clear in this sense, that there was not, but by way of suggestion, there could be a dishcloth and one for cleaning the floor (these I forgot🤭😂). We missed an electric kettle, but the milk maker served. We did not find the control of an air conditioning, the double room, but it was not necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower of the social bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the suite was wonderful and with the stool, the other one was not missed at all. Have been great nights well slept, bed and pillows great, dark room (AMO) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great( swimming pool isn't heated).
